let me kindly refer you to the README.txt file - it has an example for solo mining groestlcoin.
Your wallet needs to be setup for solo mining, too (set user name and password etc...)

If you want to mine Groestlcoin, use ccminer v0.3 release

This one does 20 MHash/s on 3 ASUS MARS ROG cards on Linux.
That's six GTX 760 cores by the way. I solo'ed 4 blocks within 8 hours.
Unfortunately we were a little late this time and phm has published
an AMD miner much earlier (2 hours after coin release)
nVidia may be looking quite OK compared to AMD this time.

Looks like Heavycoin is getting pumped big time right now for anyone who is holding some. Gone from .000023 to .00003 in under an hour and climbing fast.

Question: Can I expect better hashrates compiling for 3.0/3.5 on a 780ti ? Using this release I am getting about 22000 khash/s on a 2x 780ti & 3930K system.

CCMiner is released. It's the Christian+Christian miner that was developed collaboratively.
This supports HeavyCoin and FugueCoin at the moment.

This code isn't as polished as cudaminer, supports only barebones command line options
but it should do the job. Now go get some Fuguecoins. We've mainly tested solo mining
ourselves. Please report any issues with stratum.
The code targets Compute Capability 2.0 or better and will run on all later architectures
as well. Those who can compile from source code can explicitly target Compute 3.0 or
3.5. The compilation prerequisites are the same as for cudaminer.
I will not exclude the possibility to merge some of the algorithms into cudaminer, but only
if the underlying coins prove to have some long term value and active developer community.

It won't work with nvidia cards. It's compiled for AMD only. You'll have to wait for Christian to release the miner using CUDA.
At this point it's just not worth it anymore on Heavy. Price is dropping, tons of miners are coming online, difficulty is skyrocketing. By the end of the day it will be no more profitable to mine than any other coin. It's pretty much there right now.
The money to be made was made when miners were still private or by people playing the ups/downs on the exchanges. For miners this coin is no better than anything else now.

Glad I got in on GPU mining and dumped for a 2.6 BTC profit before all the noob scrubs who can't figure out squat did. Now price is heading straight into the toilet while they try and dump for a few Satoshis

I would be curious to know if it is more profitable to use this new GPU miner on heavycoin in tandem with your CPU against just continuing to mine heavycoin on your CPU and devoting your GPUs to another Scrypt, Scrypt-N, Keccak etc. coin that is profitable.
Obviously this depends on your CPU of course. I'm using a 3930K, which gets about 400 khash with its overclock and I have a pair of 780ti cards mining another Scrypt-N coin.
