It depends, if there is a replacement for Tax- which is one of the sources of profits/fund of the Government to make their Departments function, then it will be okay, but the design of the current Government system is the one which actually worked, it's traditional and trusted by the mass.

Of Course Let's not close ourselves to other technologies, even though some of those coins are just good at first and then losses the continuous upgrades after their ICO/Launch. I will still consider to check them in the future, new Coin, new Opportunity to trade and earn some gains, update my portfolios and also to be on trend on new emerging coins/technologies and what they can offer.

No, Investors and Traders based their decision on charts, while amateur Traders may decide based on what the current economic state and Trade News but not into the Chart. Trade War may influence how the Government decides on the regulation of exchanges. Amateur Investors should cut losses, not avoid it. Losses are always inevitable in Trading/Investing.

Re: Who is to be blame? BM or BH
by
rjbtc2017
on 23/08/2019, 15:35:25 UTC
Bounty hunters still think that its hard to read and they care less about guidelines and go for the gorgeous bounty allotment,it would be ideal if you have persistence and experience principles and guidelines, most occasions its not generally the bounty managers flaw.

Before you begin grumbling that bounty managers change bounty runs after bounty finished do you perused the bounty standards and guidelines?

Numerous bounties have as of now says it all in their standards and guidelines that BM can change the rules anytime so bounty hunters should realize that changes can occur anytime aswell, the single direction to maintain a strategic distance from this is if there is no such runs on the bounty string.

Who is to be blame?? Huh Huh Huh
It was on the rules before BH joined. " Rules may change " and BH need to follow it. Since BH joined , BH understood the rules that's why BH joined, Bounty Managers have been dealing a lot of things, checking, accepting participants, checking shady participants, alt accounts, Checking reports and yet Bounty Hunters have the guts to complain about changing of rules? No one forced them to join the campaign at the first place. I tried to be a Bounty Manager before and it will take a lot of time , talking to clients and meeting the desired outcome on what clients wanted, later on, I declined.

Most of the time its bounty managers fault,i can made mention bounty managers that never go back on their words, once they make rules for a particular bounty they will never change the rules, bounty managers like bubbalex and Arteezy always stand on their words, many bounty managers change rules to cheat bounty participants most times
So changing rules= cheat bounty participants? this is ain't it. As far as i know, Changing rules have been the best weapon of Bounty Managers to manage participants, some of them are stup/i/d , not reading the rules, the formatting of reports etc. Let's accept the fact that some of the participants are shady and st/u/p/id.

Meron akong kakilala na nag mine noon ng electroneum tanda niyo pa ba yun? sobrang sikat na altcoin yun noon at maganda ang outcome ng ICO nila https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/electroneum/ but looking at the charts:

medyo nakakasad, di pa masyado tech savvy yun pero alam niya ang tungkol sa electroneum at hindi pa naman fully immersed at fully embraced ang mga Pilipino sa altcoin at kadalasan sa mga ito, sa umpisa lang maganda ang trading charts, Mas tiwala pa rin sila sa kung ano ang mas sikat at yun ang Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash/Ethereum/XRP, but if we will talk generally, they will say bitcoin since kadalasan yang sangkot sa mga pyramiding scheme, online jobs etc. at ang reach ng mga ganyang facebook posts umaabot kahit sa mga hindi tech savvy.

OP is a hyprocrite with a paid signature.  Don't you realize that everyone can't get a normal job in their local economy.  Online work is a real viable option for people with no way out.
It's still not a "job" , you may earn from time to time, but not everytime that's why forum members have been active on encouraging some members here who mistakenly think that this forum is for someone whose less unfortunate , who doesn't have job etc., You'll realize sooner that this place is not for a jobless person. This is for the people who want to continuously learn about Bitcoin, to engage in discussion. You need a stable job. Paid Online Jobs, specially here in this forum is reliable to support your daily needs.

Bitcoin Miners Are Heating Homes Free of Charge in Frigid Siberia
by: Anna Baydokova

Hotmine CEO Oles Slobodenyuk couldn’t have picked a better place to pitch his product: a bitcoin mining rig that doubles as a home heating appliance.

Irkutsk, Eastern Siberia, is famously cold in the winter, when subzero temperatures are the norm. So a few weeks ago, when Slobodenyuk took the stage at the Baikal Blockchain and Crypto Forum with one of Hotmine’s little white boxes in tow, he opened with a joke about the warm August weather.

“I was told that in Irkutsk, the average temperature of the air is minus 2 degrees Celsius, so I brought a radiator with me,” he said.

Eventually, Slobodenyuk told the crowd, Hotmine aspires to sell up to 200,000 of its devices to Irkutsk residents. But the Ukraine-based company’s ultimate ambitions are even greater.

“Our goal is to reach the point where 80 percent of all mining is done with the smart use of the hot air it’s producing, at the same time protecting the bitcoin network,” Slobodenyuk told CoinDesk, adding:

Quote
“We believe mining should become decentralized again, with a full node in every home.”

It’s a lofty goal, given that the four largest mining pools control about 60 percent of the total hashrate, or processing power devoted to securing the bitcoin network, according to BTC.com. But like bitcoin itself, Hotmine will seek to employ economic incentives to achieve its decentralist ideals.

According to Slobodenyuk, each Hotmine miner performs calculations at a rate of 8 tera hashes per second (th/s). With the current price of bitcoin, he said, 1 th/s earns about $7.20 a month, so a single heater can make about $55 for its owner while radiating heat for up to 10 square meters.

While the concept itself isn’t new — last year, a French company called Qarnot announced a CPU-based mining heater that earns ether, for example – Hotmine is focusing on a region where it’s likelier to resonate.

At the current prices for electricity in Irkutsk of 1-2 cents per kilowatt-hour, one heater needs less than $10 worth of power per month, so effectively the heat would be free, plus a modest income in bitcoin, Slobodenyuk said.

Even the coming halving, or periodic reduction in the amount of new bitcoin awarded to miners, won’t hurt this model, he claimed.

Re: Are banks scared of crypto
by

Banks are just doing adjustments to fully integrate Blockchain Technology into their Banks, They are not scared, people -apparently- will always use fiat, they are scared that they might get involved in Shady crypto coins and Transactions. Banks are regulated while Crypto Currencies are atill in talks and process of finalizing their Regulation.
Ban? what is your reference for this?
Anyway, here's coindesk article related to Crypto Ban : https://www.coindesk.com/reserve-bank-of-india-denies- Cool-in-draft-bill-to-ban-cryptocurrencies

Post a thread on Scam Accusation or Reputation board and prepare for your evidences. Also, try not to use all caps, as much as possible explain in full detail and in a humble manner why you are innocent and but as per checking your scam accusation and your explanation it would be hard to prove you are innocent, but still , i'm not sure unless you can provide concrete evidences.

Twitter is a nice platform tho, but most users are completely-almost like dumb facebook users and spammers.l who continuously spam both platforms. I remember a time when twitter user handler @bitcoin , promoting BCH and i was just like, "what a complete full of crap" and didn't give much time to clarify who's handling the account at that time.

Re: Are you Bother of the latest Cryptocurrency price drop?
by

The latest CryptoMarketCapitalization drop was surprised us all and most of the altcoins price was also drop deeper, if these trend will continue im afraid that the anticipated Bullrun wont happen in 2019. My million dollar question is whats the cause of these huge drop again in cryptocurrency prices? can these bring any harm to the crypto-market momentum.
Volatility is not new in Crypto Currency. You should try checking the charts and read some price pedictions made by traders and analysts who bases their insights on what Government and Banks move on Cryptocurrency and Of course the trading movement of top exchanges and trading platforms. Again, Check the Trading Charts, Don't be afraid of the Charts.

Re: Don`t you guys think bitcoin would be ideal if we did not start off with fiat?
by
rjbtc2017
on 20/08/2019, 08:24:42 UTC
Bitcoin will not existed and all other crypto currencies as well, will not existed if fiat is not existed first. The current system of currency is the problem, it's security, the central bank that manages how will the currency work, as per Satoshi [1]"The root problem with conventional currency is all the trust that's required to make it work. The central bank must be trusted not to debase the currency, but the history of fiat currencies is full of breaches of that trust. Banks must be trusted to hold our money and transfer it electronically, but they lend it out in waves of credit bubbles with barely a fraction in reserve. We have to trust them with our privacy, trust them not to let identity thieves drain our accounts. Their massive overhead costs make micropayments impossible."

Crypto Currencies are the future and as we can see many Banking Institutions and also Some Government making their move to at least have their control over Crypto Currency.

Hi! I think this thread should be moved to Beginners and Help. Anyway, can you post your website, and transaction address? ,You should also try to contact the customer support of zencart.

For the future business persons who would like build an e-commerce website/ online shop with bitcoin payment, you should test it first of it is working and you should also research and weigh in different opinion before using a third party services like zencart.

You may also read this : https://www.theverge.com/platform/amp/2017/9/18/16328172/sms-two-factor-authentication-hack-password-bitcoin

Can you also post the bitcoin transaction address?  and How did the hacker stole your Bitcoin ? was your bitcoin in an Web Exchange?

Maybe OP said that the hacker bypass his own number, which means the hacker also have the number of OP therefore security codes for log in is also received by the hacker.

I feel sorry for the OP but without enough proof , I will not believe on this claim, unless he also posted transaction address and provide more concrete and verifiable proof.

Blockhain as a course, already in a few colleges.
Yes, but not Crypto Currency As is(such as Courses focused on Bitcoin , ETH, and other Crypto Currencies). I guess, Universities will not focus on offering courses related to Crypto Currencies , it will still be discussed as an examples but not the main topic, I have seen a Blockchain course for Beginner but it only focuses on the benefits of blockchain, blockchain essentials and the existing platforms for Blockchain Solutions, Bitcoin was discussed but a sample that is not  related to Blockain for business. As far as i remember Bitcoin was mentioned that Blockchain was first seen on the birth of Bitcoin, i maybe wrong with the wordings.
You can check the course here: https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/blockchain-course/ , I'm not sure if the lesson was already updated.

Re: The top 5 must-see Bitcoin movies in 2019
by
rjbtc2017
on 19/08/2019, 12:49:19 UTC
Top 5 must see? Can you include the director? include the movie's synopsis as well, Include the reason why you included that in your TOP 5 "MUST SEE" Bitcoin movies, what is imdb rating? rotten tomatoes rating?. Some of these are documentaries with "Bitcoin" on their titles. Nothing more to see here and this can be searched through search engines.
Do you want him to lay out the red carpet for you too? Op clearly tried to simply share his knowledge of BTC movies and its up to you do your own research regarding whether they are good or bad(Ratings etc).
That's what i said, it is searchable. if op really wanted to share the "TOP 5" "must see" BTC movies, op must include synopsis as well to share what the movie is all about.
Since op listed it all down, why don't he include the directors/actor?, why did he placed that on that rank? why he suggested to watch it?. This thread is nonsense because it is searchable online and if we keep tolerating this kind of thread he will keep creating threads like this, does this thread help? Maybe but then again, it is searchable online. Nothing to see here, unless he also shared his insights about the movie, add trailers synopsis etc., is that hard to do? LOL and just to add, I'm not hating here I'm just criticizing how this thread doesn't help newbies and Readers. It's just a plain listing of movies with "BTC" on their title.

I only read the first post, My Take: Philippines is a good choice for living, if you have a work with a work from home set up , you can live $50 daily for a food.

$50? That would be terrific! I actually have become accustomed to living on somewhere between $10 and $30 a day for food. Some days 300 pesos lasts the whole day, mainly because my girlfriend is a great cook. She makes a mean pork adobo. One other thing I never had before that I found out is quite delicious is flayed eggplant battered with egg.

Electricity Rate and Both Water Rate is not that expensive tho yearly they have an outage problem. If your girlfriend is a Philippine Citizen, you can also have to apply for a rent to own house which is i think have an easy paying scheme.

We did rent for about 7 months, and yes it was a lot cheaper, however I never got around to buying an aircon or a decent bed, and after a while, everyone knows where you live and just shows up at your door randomly... I didn't like that part, and prefer to be on the move.

One night the Barangay Tanod told me I should move because there was a known robber who would come visit my next door neighbors. Apparently he was a real bad apple, and they actually feared for my and my girlfriend's safety. They told me, "some day we're gonna have to kill him." So, when the police tell you you should move, its time to move.

Since then I've been living in a combination of cheap hotels and AirBnBs.

Having a decent job with a decent pay you can really survive here in the Philippines. One Major Problem here is the Government, They continue to lick Chinese Government Asses, Duterte's Government is not only "extra judicial killings", Senators, Mayors, Much of them are stupid ass-lickers of Duterte, While Duterte is a stupid ass licker of China. News for this Government's stupidity is not only happening once, it happens everyday and I'm sick of it, Much of the Filipinos are poor, uneducated and uninformed who uses free facebook (a place where idiots shares fake news and continue to support this hellish Government) which made them a fan and a supporter of this Shitty Government.

LOL. Your comment started off so positive. I stay out of politics. I was here in 2016 during the presidential debates, and I remember watching on TV when Rody said they should bring him out to the Spratly Islands on a speedboat, and he will plant the Philippines flag there, and let the Chinese to do him "what they wish." He's pretty much done a 180 degree turnaround on his stance toward China since then, which just goes to show he's also just another politician, to a certain degree.
Canned sardines with egg, Canned Sardines with soy sauce and vinegar, Cheap vegetables that you can ask for a cheaper price, Noodles etc. There also a lot of carienderias everywhere which you can have a decent food, with rice free soup and unlimited water (lol)  for only Php 60.00 = $1.5 +- , For dresses there are also thrift shops everwhere, cheap but decent dresses. Ask her to cook you some "dilis" or "tuyo", I think you would love it.

Robbery or Akyat Bahay, is an inevitable "entity" specially in crowded places or squatter areas.

I mean, That is what Philippines can offer, decent job means decent life but what it makes difficult to live here is the Shitty Government, and that's the reality, this Government is Anti-Poor and that's part of living here, taking all the shit and also i forgot to add the Traffic, Inconvenience in Commuting, Guess you experienced the hell of commuting.
