Re: How can we make people accept bitcoins as a currency?

We can convince them if we'd make a great effort out of it, I don't think that it would be easy though, convincing these people would be hard, especially if their minds are actually closed and would not even take a chance to know more about Bitcoin and the crypto, and therefor I do not know how we can possibly affect their perspectives and change it.
Convincing people is a tough job, though we need to make a scheme for it.

Re: What is PoC ?

I'm being a hard time finding what is the meaning of Poc, some said it's Proof-of-Coin, some said it proof-of-concept
but what is the true meaning of PoC at the current moment when all of the BTC and Alt are green and they say 99% are just PoC?

Simply, the act of computing and storing solutions on your computer before the mining even begins. This is supposed to be an eco-friendly mining solution!

Hello, i'm not a newbie on this forum, but now i need your help. What happened with ranks? My rank was updated to newbie. Do i need to up my activity again and how many activity do i need to get jr.member?
Hi. It seems like you are not aware of the new rules for ranks.
Due to excessive garbage-posting, we now need 1 merit to be a Jr Member. All existing Jr Members who didn't meet the requirement were demoted. Make decent posts that add something to the conversation rather than just rephrasing something someone else has already said.
Don't ever beg for or buy merits because if you do so you will be banned.

I do both and I still not rich  Huh . With the current market, you can not get rich with the bonus campaign.
ICOs can earn you a fortune, but only the great ones. By great we mean "Genuine ones". Only the genuine ICOs are worth your investments, not all. Here is a link for your help.

Working towards them to explain the concept and how it works for them and letting them know blockchain is the future of cryptocurrency ,Government too can also make impact on this by regulating or officially supporting it.
Atleast the countries who accept bitcoins should educate their fellows that how important it is.

I think to make a lot of people know the people accept bitcoin as one of your payments then you can use some images that have descriptions about receiving payments using bitcoin, there may be different ways and it depends on your strategy.
Then bitcoin surely needs to have a strong strategy as its backbone to stand out.

Re: Invest in Crypto or Na?
by

on 17/09/2018, 09:33:18 UTC
Is it wise to invest any amount of money in cryptocurrency as opposed to investing in other forms of investment?
In any kind of investment, there is always the burden of fear from the unknown or uncertainty. The best way to answer this dilemma is to answer some of the frequently asked questions in investment circles. This way one can identify the advantages and disadvantages of investing in cryptocurrency as opposed to other traditional types of investment. Every investment comes with its opportunities and threats.

Advantages or benefits

• Cryptocurrencies ensure that transfer of funds between business or people is safe and exceedingly easy. Private and public keys are utilized to ensure transactions are safe and transference fees for funds are kept at a minimum low.

• Blockchains are online ledgers and people can transfer them through computers ensuring that others are honest. This makes transactions transparent since different people can verify them.

Disadvantages or risks

• Crypto currencies are backed by computers and maths as opposed to other currencies that have precious metals to back the.

• There are no physical coins and notes to represent the currency and therefore no central repository making it hard to recover any balance in case of a system crash.

• Cryptocurrencies experience a lot of fluctuation and this can lead to the market being volatile meaning that a lot of money can be lost or gained within a short period.

• The possibility of theft is exceedingly adamant with the existence of hackers and the prices attached to the currencies.

We can make people accept bitcoin as currency by spreading the real information, good tech and future of bitcoin. It wont be easy and it would take time, but as long as we are spreading the info, we are moving one step closer to it
I would suggest that there should be a platform that gathers all crypto data where real information can be found.

To ensure that coins cannot be minted too quickly, as the overall network’s computational power increases, the bitcoin protocol continually makes it harder to find a putative solution. Every 2016 blocks (roughly every two weeks), the system is recalibrated.

Re: Banks will always be against cryptocurrencies?

Cryptocurrencies remain a big threat for bankers. It’s overwhelming how fast the crypto world is growing in the past few months. There are hundreds of ICOs and enormous fluctuations in major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Despite this being a big hurdle for banks, it is what many investors love. However, not all bankers hate cryptocurrency. Some have already invested in cryptocurrencies.

Re: Leave Crypto?
by

It think its a bad idea to leave crypto. Not that I am aware of your own situation. Before leaving, why not try other ways to earn. Investing on ICO's can be painful because of the slow and declining movement in the market. I will still recommend that you stay and try working for bounties. You're Jr.Member rank is low but when you reach the member rank, you can earn a decent amount of money if you work on a bounty. You can also try social media and if you have thousands of followers, you will earn enough money for you to use on investment (assuming that you are an investor).

At present, the safest wallet is the "cold wallet". This is an indisputable fact because it is an independent wallet (no need to link to the Internet at all times)!
Are they safe because when you make a transaction, they ask you to confirm each one by pressing a button on the device and are pretty much hacker-proof?

on fact, we can not prevent all the risks associated with investing in e-money because transactions are made through the internet, so it is not advisable to force everyone to invest in bitcoins. But there are still many investors who take risks to make money. I will guide and explain to them the benefits of investing in electronic money. and offer solutions to minimize losses.
I think the person who will accept that is someone who knows how to use bitcoin. well, because of that, before making a transaction, it's better to teach them the basics of using bitcoin. of course it will be very good for the future.
Definitely, those people who are going to accept bitcoin are those people who have the background about cryptocurrencies. Those people who has the idea what will be the turn out of having crypto in this stage of technology. This will be more usable to those who knows how to use it and how to handle it.
Don't we then need to make sure that more people have a background knowledge about cryptos?

But do not force people to use bitcoin as currency
    Just wait...
Yes this is a possibility to wait. But can we just sit back, do nothing for cryptos and wait?

The reason for the sudden price crash is not immediately obvious, though some analysts have said panic selling could contribute to bitcoin's fall in value.
