You need to have more details as in the demand it has in the market and that how well the management of the team is. Apart from that, you need to see the level of investors it has. Only then can it be determined if it has a future or not.

This is a good thing for the investors and for the miners. Now that the people are getting an opportunity to use this platform, since it is open for the public this will make the market more popular now.

I feel that bitcoin should not be tax free as tax is the most important for any country and bitcoin has no intention to evade tax and this not the purpose of the bitcoin. So bitcoin should be under tax system like the fiat money which will make it more popular and reliable in the world.

First of all I think the prices of bitcoin depends on how the situation of the market goes. Though everyone has his own opinion, so we can not talk much about this. I think we should check situation of market.

I use few sources from where I get the latest update and make a decision to invest in crypto coins. These are – 1. Coindesk 2. ICO Rating. These two are sources are best to me. The choices can be varied.

I think it is a scam. We should aware the audience about this as much as we can. So that they can avoid the scam. And do not invest your money on it.

There are lots of ICO scams occurred in 2018 but among them the pump and dump scams and the Ponzi schemes are the biggest in my opinion. Others scams are also big but nos as big as them.

Mnay newcomers are interested to invest on crypto but maximum of them haven't proper knowledge about it and where to invest.

Yeah sometimes it looks like they are doing the anarchy in crypto world. But i am not quite sure about it. The crypto leftist has high possibility of doing these because they have some major motives.

I don't think it is going to happen anytime soon. It is pretty impossible for Neo to hit 200$ again. But we can hope that it will rise like before in near future.

As I know it depends on the project requirement and project goal. I already see that some project increased a million dollar and others are raised on a round half.. I think its depends on ones particular need and what the other party offer.

This is sad to see. Given BTC is the leading one; if something even the slightest of reduction comes to it; it creates panic among the users and the other coins suffer too. Let's hope the market recovers soon and Ripple; given it is fairly new and was doing so good; will recover too.

Ethereum  is a very popular and potential coin and what can cause major fluctuation to its price are fud; negativity or any ban news. The market gets highly affected by such news unfortunately. 

I don't think any specific blueprints are needed. What they do is creating hypes. If people don't do investigation they might be fallen into their trap.
