We have fixed the issue with the bet error.
And now all the livebets/previous bets are shown as "livebets", and update accordingly.

You should consider implementing provably fair. Currently dice rolls are AI generated without any sort of verification. Almost willing to guarantee you'll draw a few more users once implemented so users have peace of mind while playing. Other than that, the site looks great. Many users won't touch it without a provably fair system.

Best of luck with your venture.

You seem to enjoy selectively dodging/replying to messages, so I'll bump this back up for you OP.

Thank you for the kind words!

We are planning to put some sort of a clock in the dice roll machine, so that you can always be sure that the game is live Smiley

As mentioned erlier,
Unfortunantly, since this is a live game, there is not much else we can do but to add some sort of clock in the dice roller machine that's always visible, so that you can always be sure that the dice are live, thus become "provably fair" Smiley

By the way do you have minimum bet to your platform or a maximum bet? I understand that it is still in beta phase but I am a little
bit curious if you have already consider the maximum bet in every player.

The design is not bad at all as we can easily explore the site and I saw that you have 18 users as of this moment yet, I am looking forward
for it to grow bigger upon the launch.

We do not have any Minimum bets.
Our maxbet is always based on the current bankroll size. If no bankroll, you can't place bet for that currency. Smiley

My question was already ignored by the admin earlier.
But still i will keep on asking that, is the site not compatible with mobile version?
I am unable to see chat box after Registration.
Neither i am able to see my balance in the mobile version.
And the game also tends to be slow in my One Plus Device.
Please admin, i want to know about these things, Answer it as soon as you can.

Moreover 500$ withdrawal per day is a very low limit, but not bad for a start up gambling site, hope to see someday the limit increase to 50k USD .
This site runs well on my desktop, but looks and performs horribly on my mobile as I mentioned in my earlier post which is also a Oneplus phone just like you. Op isn't replying to many queries here which leads me to believe that he has low interest in improving his site.

Coming to the balance issue, I don't really see the problem since this is a new site and bigger withdrawals simply take slightly longer to process overall currently.

This is a minor thing. Op needs to focus on major issues like mobile compatibility etc in order to boost the popularity of his site in the long term.

Did you try to reach them up on their support email or in the site? maybe by there they are actively responding to the users question. But also I'm sure they want to improve their site but the one problem I see here is they don't have active support on this forum to answer any queries and suggestions of the users here.

UPDATES:

Mobile version is now working optimally, to select your balance, click the top left button to open the menu, and you should have your balance there as so:

We have also added a button, to show the chat for mobile users.

Welcome to the forum and the online gambling industry.

I check your ToS and FAQ pages, I can not find what I aim at:
- KYC requirements: No
- VPN: not mentioned. Is it allowed?
- IP adress: not mentioned. Is there no rule on IP address to detect and prevent cheaters?
- Restricted locations, areas: not mentioned.
-Deposit: How many confirmations are used to credit deposit amount to user account?

VPN: We don't block them.
IP: Not at the moment, since we aren't connected to a database of ips of cheaters at this point.
No restricted locations as of now, and even if we will have restricted locations in the future(Because of the iGaming license, the users will get notified, and of course, they will be able to withdraw their balances.
Deposit: 5 confirmations on ETH, and 1 on BTC.

Hope this answers the questions Smiley

Welcome to Bitcointalk forum Robodice!
Ir is always nice to see new betting websites here.
My question about your platform is are there any regions and people restricted from registration and is there kyc information asked at any point?
Suggestion would be to have some promotion here in forum, and more people will try and test the website.

We do not have any KYC, Not at this point.
We are intending to apply for a Curacaoan License at some point, which might make us restrict some countries. (Including the US).

Promotions will come in the near future. Smiley

one of the most and commons questions will be regarding the kyc if that is needed and how long do we have to wait before a withdrawal has been processed. people nowadays are not really patient because there are many casinos so they expect when they gamble there to receive it fast and no baby limits.

As stated in our FAQ, we have a daily withdraw limit of 500$. Anything above that will get manually approved in the BETA stage Smiley

He has asked for KYC for which you have not clearly replied. Withdrawal limit is a separate thing but in order to withdrawal any big amount above 500$ or more, you will not ask for our documents verification etc ?

Reply to this question, has earlier been posted on the thread(Page 1) Smiley

Just saw the following clause in your terms and services. How will you make sure that no one who is under age accesses your site and do not play gambling at robodice ?

At this point, we can't make sure of that.
When however we are apply for the iGaming license, then we will have to most likely ask users for their information for KYC reasons, in order to let them continue to place bets on Robodice.

I cannot see my balance in the whole website, tried to search it everywhere. Cannot see the spin as the screen just freezes when the time of spin comes. And when I try to place a bet with 0.00000001 Eth (minimum bet) and go for the selection of 4th dice and onwards, it shows an error - Player max win amount exceeded. So we cannot win more than 2x on our bets?

Balance is shown on the top of the page: https://gyazo.com/0336b4a759edc69e580f8b0a9fec70ec

The reason you cannot place bets with ETH, is beacuse the bankroll is too low. Smiley

My question is Who is doing the livestream for 24/7, the owner is doing so lmao?

The site uses AI for the live streaming as I can understand from the FAQ page. Unfortunately it is not a provably fair game, players will not be able to verify their bets.
New concept of a dice game is nice obviously but without provably fair mechanism, I doubt dice lovers will be interested to play this game.

@Robodice:

You are accepting ETH and BTC, but I wonder how can you pay players who play with ETH as your ETH bankroll is only 0.00000001 ETH as shown on your Statictic page below:

So how much is the maximum winning of a single bet for each currency especially for the ETH?

Regarding the questions about the ETH bankroll.
You as a user cannot place a bet, unless there is a bankroll in the selected currency (This case ETH).
So until we grow the ETH bankroll, users cannot place bets for that currency.

I just check the interface it's simple and may I ask aside from the free btc for every new users do you have a welcome bonus and referral rewards system? This could attract more users to your platform once you do some also giveaways.

Every new email verified users, receive 0.00000010 ETH and BTC in balance Smiley

By the way, I have checked your site and it looks like so cool interface and I guess it is easy to use. But when I clicked the FAQ I don't see the Provably fair system that you have used that most dice sites have.

This is a live stream, there is no provably fair.
The fairness is, that it's live.

Wecome to the forum Robodice.io!

This actually a new concept of dicing and i do check out the site and it do shows those real dices which every minute it would be spinned but how can we determine if those
are earlier recorded ones? It would be good to show up some proof that these literal dice rolls is really happening on spot because it can really be possibly recorded
on earlier time.So its better if you can prove it out and im pretty sure that majority would really much prefer to see this one.

Thank you for the kind words!

We are planning to put some sort of a clock in the dice roll machine, so that you can always be sure that the game is live Smiley

Hello again!

Thanks for all the feedback!

I'm happy to inform you that we have made several updates!

1: We have added free 0.00000010 BTC and ETH for every new user that verifies his/her email. 🎁
2: We have updated the FAQ and TOS. 🎉
3: Minimum withdrawal for BTC is: 0.001 ETH and 0.0005 BTC 🙌

We are working on adding google login.
Chat will unfortunantly not be enabled for guest users. (For writing).

Hey, Robodice, welcome to Bitcointalk.

That's a good question above. Something like a faucet that we can test your site.

I have a question. Could anyone try your site without using any money at all?. What I mean is can we test your site out before depositing money. It seems that your site is newly launched so welcome to bitcointalk forum. It seems you already know the copper membership which is good so that you can post images even if your rank is still newbie. A good way to have a nice ann thread in here.

Thanks for your question.

We are planning to make some sort of "free coins" system.
However, at the moment we do not have anything in place for that.

Regards Daniel.

Greetings everyone,

I'm super happy to introduce you https://Robodice.io (Beta)!

Robodice is a brand new game within the crypto games world.

We have developed a unique dice rolling machine, that rolls 12 dice every few minutes.
You as a player, has to guess the dice top outcomes.

For example:
Dice rolled in this round is: 1,1,1,3,3,3,4,4,4,5,5,6

You as a player, have placed a bet on 1, 1, and 6. (You hoping for that out of the 12 dice, at least 2 of them will be number 1's and at least 1 of them will be number 6).
With this as a bet, you would have won the bet, since the dice rolled contains 2 x number 1's, and a 6.

However, if your bet would have been, 1,1,1,1 (Your hoping for that out of the 12 dice, at least 4 of them will be number 1's.), you would have lost the bet, because the rolled dice, does not contain 4 number 1's, only 3.

Please keep in mind that this is a Beta version, and bugs can occour.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask Smiley
