well, after the swap you will have only ~21% of the coins you had, so automaticaly people won`t sell it at the price of ~10k satoshi, since they mostly boughted at ~3k satoshi`s ... so the price of 50 or maybe even 60k satoshi`s is more realisticaly for this coin, and well deserved.

i think a chain swap means just a fork(exchangers following another chain that is provided by the developer), a coinswap tho means eventually you will have less coins on your exchanger accounts but it will worth more, the coinswap can be 10:1 (10 actual neos coins will worth 1 new neos coin)", 50:1 (50 actual neos coins will worth 1 new neos coin)" ... 100:1 or 5:1 ... idk, in any case new neos will worth more... amina follow this hopefully for more news from the dev.
