Smart people should know how to keep their money. I think we talking about safe keeping, so not jist exchange site, there is other services that can easily crash in some moment. People should be ready for worst situation that can happen, that way everyone will try to protect their money in best possible way. I think its not hard to spend 10 minutes and download some good walllet, that 10 minutes can save you from big agony. When I started with bitcoins transaction fee was too high for my earning, and I felt how I lose a lot on that, its better to protect your money with little losses, then to stay without all money you had.

The next halving is in four years from now (approximately).
There is no telling what will happen with Bitcoin in the next four years.
Maybe its a safe investment and you will double your money, or maybe some other coin will take over and Bitcoin will be dead.
If anyone can predict what will happen in the next four years, please let me know so I can make some money with good investments!

If you can do both the better, having a savings and investment at the same time will give you an assurance that your life will not stop even if you investment will not succeed because in the first place you are just investing the money that you can afford to lose, so basically your savings should be bigger than your investment.

I don't even think that the price is going to be lower enough but I'm thinking that the price today is low already so I'm hoping that the price is going to increase.

So I'm going to buy some bitcoins when there are still no movement to the price and if that happens I do believe that the price is going to increase in the right time. That is what I'm going to do, hold it.

My speculation also would be $750-$800.

I have around 0.32 btc that I want to invest in some altcoin. Now I want to buy 2 top choics and one more of a gambler. I bought some etheureum lately and now want to continue. Given the amount, would you consider Gulden a good trader coin? I saw it rise on the coinmarketcap from around 60's to where it's now.

Now I don't know. Want market to settle down a bit, but thing is going like a rocket. What is long term prospects for this coin and what do you think is the current value?

I would try to quit my daily job if I think I can earn enough BTC with work/business I got right now! Risks always pay off! Especially in two ways

1. Either it'll give you the result as per your expectation or even more
2. Or it'll definitely give you a lesson to learn on mistakes. In this case, you can learn better and take better calculative risk next time.

I've downloaded a lot of free ebooks about money management. I read them but, I should always get reminded about spending it's like before you wake up in the morning you need to be reminded. We need it in our lives but I have to admit that I'm not really good at money management, but I'm learning my lesson, it's not too late for me at all. To be able to reach our goals and dreams we need a good money management.

Mining and Holding altcoin does not guarantee success. Also how will you ROI for a year if the prices of what you mined does not move at all? By the way what are the altcoins you mine that you are expecting to grow a 100% in a year? What process did you use in picking that altcoin to mine? Trading also won't insure 10% gain per month, life for the month of August - September 1 the prices only move from 560-580$ at what rate will you get the 10% gain in one month?

Well im glad to hear that there are  people who become profitable  in trading which is  really possible especially if you have good trading patterns and ways and you must be also knowledgable about this things. We cant really make  perfect everytime  but in proper decision making and  good skills we could  possibly do it,

I agree with the fact there is no trust and honesty in the system.  When it comes to bitcoin, there are not enough people using it to make it a norm in society.  Because of this, it makes it hard to spend it in public.  Then you have the scammers who are always setting up scam investment sites in which there is no one policing them.  Start up a USD scam site like some of these bitcoin investment sites and see how long it takes for the FBI to come knocking at your door!

We also have to look at 50% dump on price before rather than just looking at 50% rise every year. I am sure bitcoin will never reach 50k because total supply after all bitcoin got mine is also in bigger amount (in millions) and total market of online payment processor is like in few billion annualy so we may see 3k to 5k$ per coin, which is quite realistic figure.

I think do not need a capital to start work and produce bitcoin, although the use of capital would be easier, but if you do not have it. its not a problem, because you can produce bitcoin without continental capital,
so try to work with any method and collect and save every bitcoin you get. try to be consistent with it

Medium mode of payment globally can be achieved by bitcoin but being the major one, it won't happen. First of all, most of big merchants are using Paypal since fiat currency is used more. Even bitcoin usage will increase to the next following years, most of it's new users will use bitcoin for investment purposes and not as a usual currency.

Well I don't think your coin is not going to be stolen easily unless you are going to be careful with it. Many people are seeing the good security with bitcoin. That is why they are believing bitcoin, and if you are going to say an example just like what happened to bitfinex, well I think there are some back job that happened, I think.

If you don't have a source to recover your loans , don't try loan once unless you have a job for re-pay the loan.
But if you have friends or your parents , you can ask them for giving you loan and you can make a negotiation about re-payment date and about your problem why you asking a loan.
