OK. This second account is a brother account. But even that is not the case. As far as I know, two accounts on one ip are not prohibited. This example is not multi-production. One tweeter account was for different companies.

IP addresses will be different. And this is not proof. The address can be easily changed and everyone knows it. But quoting the text without specifying the source, this is already a problem. And maybe it loses the whole point of account recovery.

Judging by the posts, the account has been sold. After 3 months of silence, the author began to be active, but the posts are already written in Russian.
