If you have a bonus right now, you cannot withdraw deposited money. After you wager 36 x bonus sum, you will able to withdraw.Quote

Sorry , we don't understand, Did you mean entire amount of what? You need to wager 36 x bonus sum (only that) before you can withdraw
So, your bonus will be 5 ETH and as you can see above "36 x bonus sum". 36 x 5 = 180 ETH. So that amount separates you from withdrawal!

Now site don't process withdrawal requests saying "server error". Almost 10 days...

What's the problem to legalize this system in all countries? It is disappointing that states restrict people's freedom. In addition, gambling perfectly replenish the budget of countries through taxes. So why not let people do what they want? The only correct solution here is to limit gambling in any way, but not to prohibit them!

Are you ever planning on implementing an autobet system? It's pretty much a must-have in 2018 as every other casino has it and you'll be left behind without it.
Also, why are you sticking with Ethereum only? There are plenty of other cryptocurrencies out there, how about branching out into something unique such as ADA or TROn gambling?

I'm not really sure if autobet system is a must feuture on a roulette game because I do not see how fun to play roulette automatically as there are many options to bet on roulette unlike dice which is only about over and under bet. I myself do not really like to play roulette, but if I have a chance to play roulette then I will play randomly by choosing numbers/row and most likely will change the numbers/row in every few bets or even in every bet. So it will be a bit hard to make autobet in roulette game IMO.
I agree with you about this, too. We definitely add this feature.

Of course, we will add auto bet system a little later. It's interesting for us to add other currencies, but now we have only Ethereum. But I can say that you can use an exchanger that we have on the site to play with any currency you want.
