That's too early to make a summary. There will be a hard fork scheduled to implement many protocol changes accumulated over the past years. The total coin supply will be unchanged though.
When is it scheduled?

Pxc coins were not stolen. It is about $16M USD overall and with current market condition.

What is your concern for this feelings which make it looks like a scam. They announced this is newly released exchange so that it will take few more time to catch attention of the people.
Its good to be cautious with any new exchange. But not everyone of them is directly a scam. Would like to hear some experiences if someone already used it.
