In my opinion it's still to NLH heavy, would love to see more mixed games as more tournaments of all the Omaha variants.
1 good thing though, happy to see they added 2 drawmaha tournaments, even if one is only a 15$ one.
Most tournaments have 3-4 rebuys, which is a bit too much I think. I know often enough at other sites you have unlimited rebuys but I prefer freezeouts or 1, max 2, rebuys.
Let's see if we find some overlays, with the rebuys and long late registration periods I doubt it though.

The worse would be if tourneys don't even run. I like to late reg but if i see one isn't going cuz not enough entrants to run I'll hop in. The mixed ones are probably in more danger of this.
Truly is a good start and something to build from, past tourney series have been decent but this really has a lot of good guarantees overall. And they do seem to have the tourney players.

Even if we imagine some lower min/max blind table it will be the same, many of us can just imagine playing on these tables. Totally. I also hope they make their own private network. That keeps the sharks out, at least in the beginning and probably a lot of money can be made until words makes the round there are plenty of fish to catch playing poker at stake.

Crypto needs a good poker place... with mixed games and many poker variants, and most of all active players. I guess Stake can attract players, but still except for some rumors, we don't have much. So I doubt that we will see poker at Stake anytime soon.
Yeah, I don't understand why stake is taking so long. Poker is the one they they are missing, basically what the whole crypto gambling thing is missing. There is so much money to be made without any risk, just make the platform and collect rake. With such a huge player base it's such a waste to not implement it faster!
Why even bother talking about it when nothing else follows after that. Maybe it's the same problem like with the sports book. They don't really care. All they care is getting more people to play casino, everything else doesn't matter aparently.
Yes it is definitely good for the house. Because it gets players in the door who may gamble on other things. But be patient, if they are going to do it, you want it done right. They need to have specialists who can analyze hands for cheating and ban cheaters. And protections against that. Also the software if they develop it themselves, which they should. Because you can't trust outside parties for this type of thing.
I'm a poker guy and a bitcoin guy so if they get poker I will probably be on there. And again, they should have a marketing department that gets SANTOSHI. HIS NAME IS BASICALLY SATOSHI. And drake. 50-100 PLO games would be awesome on there. Stream it online and make tons, stake. We are rooting for you

But I hope you realize you can hit the lines multiple times, it just moves after you max bet it one way.
Also it moves the whole market, like pinny will move instantly if you move it via Fairlay and other sites that tail them will also move.
Kinda crazy esp on small markets like I was betting rugby 7s on there a while back and moving lines hard everywhere. Feels powerful

I am not much impressed by this site. I clicked on 'BET TODAY' several times but got no response from the page.
