e.g i'm want to lend 1ETH and will accept OMG as collateral, what is a good amount of OMG to request - 2 month loan at 2% MPR

What do you define as positive or good news? So are you waiting for market recovery or for good news, if so how is one or the other defined?
I guess you realize both of these could take really long period, how could releasing of the tokens be related to that? Liquidity and using/buying of the tokens isn't related to market sentiment.

It's a regulated industry which also has  lot of counterfeit medicines, corruption, and lack of transparency. Blockchain's qualities of incorruptibility and immutability provides a way to solve these issues, saving lives and creating trust.

Though they're tradable on exchanges, it's only possible to withdraw the tokens after the end of the tokensale. This is a feature of the smart contract: community tokens are avaliable after the end of the tokensale,    airdrop and bounty ones in a month, while reserve fund used for it doesn't have any lockup. That's why it's really not possible to withdraw them earlier for participants. And still, we only paid the most important partners like this, there were only a few of them, others are paid after the tokensale too

 the tokens remain locked until August 23rd at the latest. So no trading can be done prior to the unlock. After the tokens are unlocked, it is up to the exchanges as to when they list DAV.

There are network studies applied to Bitcoin that say it could be currently overrated 4 times. Bitcoin could go to $ 2000 and the rest of cryptocurrencies follow him. What will we do if that happens?
