From Jerome CTO of Terawattled
Achieving Global L.E.D. Adoption Through Blockchain Technology
Our Mission
To help reduce global lighting electricity consumption 50 percent (roughly 2000 Terawatts) by 2035, while also increasing light output by 50 percent.

Method:

Terawatt will voraciously drive L.E.D. lighting adoption by incentivizing buyers and sellers of L.E.D.’s to transact through a community governed DAO that allows all parties to win. The DAO will be funded by utility companies, participant donations, L.E.D. buyers, and Terawatt’s company profits. Terawatt will also leverage (LED) token incentives, instant tax rebate utilization, key partnerships with LED manufacturers and governments, heavy marketing, decentralized data storage, and a community governed token pool where LED owners can vote based on the number of tokens they own.

Utilizing these methodologies, the Terawatt ecosystem will efficiently increase the changeover from less efficient Incandescent, Metal Halide (MH), High-Pressure Sodium (HPS), and Compact Fluorescent Lighting (CFL) to 100% L.E.D. lighting (Light Emitting Diode). This will greatly decrease electricity bills, and therefore reduce global carbon footprint through increased global lighting efficiency. Terawatt will be geared towards a wide range of applications, including, but not limited to, substantial energy savings for small businesses, large corporations, single and multi-family residences, hospitals, military installations, industrial/commercial complexes, and for the taxpayer through federal, state, and municipal buildings and infrastructure (streetlights). We will give tokens to consumers that switch to led bulbs. This is a one of a kind ICO that actually has a cause. We are trying to help save the world slowly. Hi,

Requesting new Bitcoin Pool add https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=481194.0

Pool:                    Coinminers
Website:               https://coinminers.co
Payout method:      PPS
Fee:                     1% (currently 0% for beta phase)
Pay Tx Reward:      Yes
Vardiff:                 16 to 1024
Local Work:           Stratum
Pay Orphans:         No
Min Withdrawal:     0.10
Merge Mining:        No

Thank you

I'll add you to the list - but before I do, are you sure you want to go with proportional reward? It's a bit dangerous for any pool. There are only two pools left doing proportional rewards and neither of them are doing well.

I think that I will change it to PPS .

You could be putting yourself at financial risk by using PPS.  Proportional would be safer for the pool.

PPLNS is also available for these pools. Proportional has a better record of killing pools than PPS, from what I can remember.

From what I understand PPLNS could be safe for a pool too.

I would just hate to see a new pool go into debt with PPS, unless they have really deep pockets to start with.  But even then PPS would be too risky, in my opinion, which isn't really worth much Smiley

So which is the best one for a new pool? First I need some users lol. I may switch it back to prop because pplns has to be tweaked to the right settings to work good.
