You guys can't really claim these videos as yours, as you are just making a playlist of different bitcoin introduction videos online. Put a comment on the playlist that none of these are yours, to clarify things.
Its a YouTube Playlist and the description on YouTube says curated by Brian Cohen.
Moreover, each video states who created the video and the video is a link to the author's channel (as one would expect on a YouTube Playlist).
Moreover the videos are hosted by the original author (and have not been re-uploaded or misappropriated).
Not sure why one would need to go much further than that....
Now If I were to embed these videos on my own website..perhaps additional disclaimers might be warranted...

I think it will be better for you and also for users to have those youtube video embedded within you domain. I mean you can use simple wordpress template and make post explaining about video, include video in frame. Also you can add some ads to keep your domain alive and maybe something extra as profit for you. Redirecting domain to youtube playlist also won't help domain to get indexed in search engines. Google has already indexed the website.
For now, I am keeping things simple. This includes making people comfortable with a website because I am not collecting any data.
THis could change in the future (perhaps using Weebly instead of Wordpress) but unlikely. I' don't think this website will be a revenue engine. I earn my BTC writing articles about bitcoin. I do hope this website will be a common reference when introducing people to bitcoin (sans bells and whistles).

Like Bitcoin, creating YouTube Playlists and embedded videos is permissionless.
We need some good Bitcoin editorial videos to replace the content that James D'Angelo's pulled from Youtube. His videos was the benchmark for all Bitcoin videos for me, but unfortunately that was removed for whatever reason. I think James D'Angelo had some issues with Chinese dominance and centralization and he left?
