I am not invested in this project anymore and have been asked to share my story multiple times. I don't think it matters much, since it was a personal decision, but here goes:

I found out who jbg is, which did not match the profile he publicly portrays to his investors.
An article popped up about his history, which made me lose trust in his ability to run a business.
The reason he says its important for him to remain anonymous, is because it could compromise the project otherwise.

I do not know if this project is a scam, but these three points made me too uncomfortable to stay. So I left.

Like I said, its personal. Community is nice, I hope the project succeeds.

If anything, Spectrecoin is the opposite from a pump and dump coin. It shows steady growth thanks to the great tech with very few marketing moves. Where is the pump and dump you are talking about!? Sad to read your FUD with your newbie account says it all.

XSPEC is also my pick for 2018. Their tech is unique and truly stealth! Check out their altcoin wiki to read up about it

XSPEC +1 ! But not as a quick turnaround, but as the hold of 2018

My biggest investments for 2018 are XSPEC and TRX. Both cannot go wrong, since XSPEC is THE stealth coin to get, certainly after their unique stealth staking tech gets out Q2. TRX is under heavy weather right now, but because of the many partnerships it will eventually grow further I think.

Agreed on XSPEC, looks like a sure x10 this year!

I think you're solid with Ada & XLM. Verge is something I wouldn't touch, their tech is still not secure enough and they way they are dishonest (intentional or not doesn't matter) scares people away I think.

If you're interested in stealth coins, check out XSPEC! They will release Stealth Staking as only crypto out there. Could get hot with all these taxes and regulations coming...

XSPEC - This is my moon coin. A truly devoted community, serious devs and the best care concerning true stealth transactions. End of 2018 this will have risen to Monero's level and hopefully beyond.

Weird how Bittrex keeps reporting Bitcoin Cash' last price @ 0.39900000 (ATH), and hasn't updated the graph since that time at 07.30. Other coins are updated fine though...
