Because nobody can withdraw fiat and their USD is imaginary play money. USD holders are buying BTC to withdraw.

Clear!
Thanks to everyone.

I'd like to pay my rent with bitcoins woot.  Cool
Anyways, in order to accept bitcoins all you need is a bitcoin address and you're good to go.
You can either download a bitcoin client or use an online client.
If you live in the US I recommend coinbase or you could use blockchain.info
Here's my referral link to coinbase
https://coinbase.com/?r=520a6c920801f4a35d000057
As far as advertising there is the trade portal at the bitcoin wiki
There is no real estate portals as far as I can tell so far though
Thank you for your contribution to the bitcoin economy sir and hopefully we will see more people like you in the future

Thanks for your answer. To use Bitcoins is good for all!

Mtgox has a payment processor right?

I'll search it!

by

Hola,

Gracias

i was like you 12 days ago. Where you from?
If you're from europe, enter bitstamp.net and make a SEPA transfer to the account it says. It's very very fast and easy.
You can also use localbitcoins.com and buy bitcoins (more expensive)
Or there are some places to buy it with a credit card online... never used.

mtgox needs your National ID, your receipt of your house to know where do you live, and almost your DNA.
Bitstamp.net is beautiful, cheap and fast. And is going to kill mtgox in few weeks...

(anyway, I have never used mtgox because of the difficulty of singing up)

Thank you for the answers. I don't mind to have the BTC instead of USD. I think, nowadays, it is going to grow up a little bit each day. The last 10 days the price has grow up 20$... I will search for a secure wallet...

The other question is: how to publicize it? I mean... are there any websites of business using BTC who could help me? Do you think the BTC could attract some people?

Thank you

Hi!
Time ago I bought some BTC. I'm used to the currency and now I would like to introduce it to my business, which are renting apartments.
How would you start using bitcoins in your renting business?
Where to publicize it, how to make transactions, how to manage the BTCs? People use to find me on the internet, and I have some webpages wich are controled and created by me.

Thank you very much
