The answer is out of context. This is what many bytecoin holders ask ourselves: why does the desktop wallet not work

DO NOT USE IDEX there is a bug that records the private key entry allowing sniffing through sslstrip while loading happens , plus the private key it can be retrieved through cookies forensics as well

Idex telegram is unoperative.
I had the same problem 4 days ago , and they don´t do nothing. Identique modo operanti. I think is the same exchange who do that. In my case only 1000$. If you know a solution send me message. The tokens are now in the address with a value of 30.000.000 $.

Download https://litecoinz.info/downloads/litecoinz-1014-win64.zip and unzip where you want ex: c:\litecoinz
create folder in appdata LitecoinZParams and litecoinz
create a litecoinz.conf in litecoinz folder
with those parameters :

This solution has been made obsolete by the new version of the Wallet! This automatically downloads the sprout parameters and does not require the litecoinz.conf file to be present at startup. It also includes a very nice installation wizard and above all the first native graphic wallet that at the moment no other currency based on Z technology has.
