Is there a working CPU Miner?

There's a download link on page 1 for the compiled version. The Github files are here:

The Pool for JackpotCoin will be disabled due to lack of interest of users and extreme usage of server power.

I have to point out that there is only a single mining pool still running for JPC - MiningPoolHub. I can't find any other pool that support JPC mining. What happens with MiningPoolHub calls it quits?

If there is another pool that I'm missing, please let me know. The original post links to mining pools has not been updated for some time and most of the pools are long gone.

I'm so sorry to see Dwarf Pool stop supporting Jackpot Coin. This was a good mining pool, fair, and consistent. I think the fact that there's lack of interest is the problem.

My upgrade to 1.5.0 didn't go well. The sync got stuck at a certain block and would not go further.

The only thing that worked for me was to backup my wallet. Completely remove the JackPot Coin wallet by uninstalling and deleting the jackpot folder in %AppData%\JackpotCoin, and the reinstalling the wallet. I then had to recreate the jackpot.conf using the information from page one of this post. The last step was to copy my wallet.dat file to the jackpot folder that I keep on my desktop.

After I started the client, it started syncing but took at least 10 hours to complete. There were no errors. Not the best experience but it worked.

I concur with #IYFTech. Bitmain stated that they would release the firmware and update cgminer. The new firmware contains the same insecure and inefficient cgminer version. We should all demand that they install a version 4.x instead of this very early version.

I rechecked my config and it's identical to yours other than the node list. I wish I could help but I've only seen this problem with an incorrect node list. I guess I could test my client with you node list. If I get an error, I'll let you know.

well my errors are not related to nodes.
if i solomine locally on the computer where the wallet is running, it mines well.
but the rpc does not work and the only thing i have changed is the wallet, so i suppose there is something wrong with it Smiley

POT +1

Lazycoin has lots of posts on the PotCoin message section and that's why I followed you on Twitter. Are you considering adding POT to the exchange?
