GDAX Withdraw Error

Before Christmas I sent some BTC from my coinbase account to my newly connected GDAX, in an attempt to move the currency to a hardware wallet with lower fees than coinbase. Within a few minutes my BTC showed up in my GDAX.

However, I cannt send it anywhere from GDAX as withdrawl limit is "zero" and clicking on the increase limit button gives me an erorr code (not sure if its safe to post the exact code here). I also get the error if i go into the settings screen. My BTC is effectivly trapped there.

I have tried a hard refresh, a different browser, differetn devices, all the same problem. i am fully verified. I logged this issue with GDAx before Christmas, they have not responded so far.

Should i be concerned, or are they normally this slow? Does anyone else have a solution?

Purchase a cryptosteel[1] if you want something that's waterproof and pretty much fire proof.
There's a YouTube video[2] of a dude that tested the cryptosteel by trying to burn it, smashing it, and stuff. It just might help you decide.

thank you, this seems to be the solution for me

memorize it. they can't steal that from you. prove me wrong?

i considered this, though illness or injury could cause me to forget. Also, there are several mind reading technology patents filed in recent years.

How To Protect Physical Private Key

Hi, i have a nano s, and the 20 word keyphrase. Does anyone know a best practise for safe storage of the paper copy key phrase? im thinking putting it in an ip68 enclosure, placed inside a fireproof safe, but this doesn't protect from heat, which the paper and ink may succumb to. are there label makers or other methods that can be used for the heat issue?
