what about Skrill? Is this same as PayPal?
skrill you can chargeback as well, even if the funds are NOT from credit card it does not matter..
it's a bit harder to chargeback but it works

You can checkout www.virwox.com you need a verified papal account the fees are a bit high but it works well (first bitcoin takes 48h)
