if its the case, then there is many of people will only send a doc that says "hello world" like you said and i think its not good for the coin itself because many of other people will be gets scam and it will make some chaos in the blockchain. there will be thousand of transaction for sending the content digital. but all in all, i don't know and i am not sure about this, maybe its a good idea and maybe its not. its depend on what the purpose from the dev and what he wants to do with his plan.
I know scam is always a part of this game, especially when everything is anonymous. I will consider it seriously. Thanks for reminding.

Now I would like to add some more details for this coin.

He can set for the files in the package individually.
He can also call back the package after paying a reasonable price.

I have followed with interest the crypto-currencies since 2011, most of the time, from the outside. Now I got some idea to share, and it may be able to do some good to the community.
The basic concept is:
- Alpha is the file holder and wants to sell those files at a reasonable price anonymously;
- Bravo wants to have the files;
- Alpha can encrypt the files with the client, set a price for deciphering. Meanwhile, he pays a transaction fee based on the size of the files (optional);
- Alpha shares the encrypted package with P2P, net driver, etc.;
- Bravo downloads the pkg, and then he can decipher it with the client after paying the price set by Alpha. Most of the money will be automatically wired to Alphas wallet, small amount as the transaction fee.
- Charlie, Delta, Echo are miners that keep the blockchain consistent;
- Client should avoid encrypting the encrypted files;
- One common application is content online distribution consists of music, films and software.
I have no idea if someone has already created this kind of thing. If no and you want to take this idea to make a new Coin, I am not gonna stop you. I have no idea how to program software and not intend to ICO. Anyway, a donation of this coin in near future is welcomed.

I still haven't been paid the 2.4 million zeitcoin I'm owed for when zeitcoin forked last time and all coins were lost on cryptorush. Developers of zeitcoin said they would make this right... how long???

? Cryptorushin told me they can't give me my 2.4 million zeitcoin because there was a fork or something and the developers didnt tell the exchange and some how my coins were lost because of this. So yes maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, but I do know my coins aren't here and the developers said they were going to replace them. still waiting.
I thought you said you were leaving. There was no fork, CR lied to you, and the developers might be able to help you out, but they don't owe you anything.
I still have no been paid back the 2.4 million zeitcoins from the coins that were supposedly being collected to reimburse those effected. I have tried time and time again to contact development through email and on here and never get a response.
I got no feedback either.

Since those people who applied under the condition that they get a 10%block did not have any risks or costs we think it is acceptable to shrink that amount and add it to all IPO stages so that a mail application might match a 0.04 btc investment or lower.
0.04 btc seems still way too high for a simple mail application.

while this is true what exokk wrote - we have just discussed about that point. Although we think it is rather unlikely to happen at all we will do the following just in case that it will happen anyway:
lets assume that an early bird would get less EXO from his/her investment than a 2nd stager (both invested equal amount of course).
the early bird block (15%) would be extended - in this case "stealing it" from the 2nd stage block (lets say 15% -> 17% and 10% -> 8% then). The procentual amount of the "stealing" would be choosen to be, so that early birds will get at least some EXO more than 2nd stager for the same investment to make it more fair (the earlier you invest the more risks you have the more EXO you want to receive). [this applies to the situation 2nd <->3rd stage unfairness, too ofcourse]
But as exokk already has written: We would naturally expect, that you get more EXO out of your (same amount of) investment at 1st than at 2nd than at 3rd stage even without the correction process that I just wrote down here.
I hope this will help you. In our oppinion this is the best solution to be fair to everyone and to honor early investors risks.

One more question. Because escrowed transactions take less risks, if they share the same 15%, it seems not so fair to those without.
