Just setup my faucet to work with Coin some hours ago!

However, it is dry as an unused diaper Smiley

If the devs (or anyone else) can help filling the faucet... it would be great Cheesy

Faucet donation address: CPfvVEgVSDHy4pHhpdrjakZaHnhzR8HkEG

Also, if there's a bounty, i would gladly like to claim it here: CcxhK11KJXAvkwnGbC3szbAqWLcr33PMLN

Happy dripping!

10k COIN on their way.
i hope this will encourage a new addition to our community.  Cheesy

Thank you, the faucet is dripping just fine now Smiley

Sent 10k worth of coins ! hope this helps ! Smiley

Hey guys i understand the frustration, i am going through as well. I think we should try to do our part and grow the community. Just wait and see what other plans coin - project has, maybe is busy at work ? hahaha lets gather more people to contribute and grow this community.

I have an idea but not sure if this idea will work. Since most of us build rigs and needs parts to build a rig. Do you guys think its a good idea to put coin into commercial use ?

that's a great idea, since alot of other currencies does listed couple of merchants that accepted their currency.
and the slogan : "Cryptocurrency for real world applications" will be very true if we can make it happen.

@rustyknight : what do you have in mind for commercial use of COIN?

btw, coinmarketcap.com still listed us in Low Volume. how do we get out from this "Low Volume CAGE"?
i read in some forums, said that MC =  (total coins in existence) * (last traded price per coin)
does that means that we have to sell our COIN ?

@Cinming i was thinking of selling riser cables for a start Smiley people can use to use bitcoin to buy but i will be more expensive than using Coin to purchase riser cable. eg it takes like 0.04192872 bitcoin to get a riser cable but it will take say 0.03144654 equivalent of a bitcoin of Coin to purchase a riser cable. hope i did not lost any one here hehehe Smiley

Hello everybody!

coin-project hasnt been around for a while, and I really feel it is time to update the main post of this thread.
I have therefore created a new user, and a new thread with updated information.
If/when coin-project returns I will hand over the username/password with no questions.
Let me hear what you think. If we want to take COIN further we need to move on.

The new thread can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=551854

I dont know about this. i'm getting a little bit frustrated now since there's no news about him.
it's almost 2 weeks now. so how's the other says about this?
to be honest, we need to do something about this if we care about COIN future. right now, all i can do is cast a vote for COIN, hopefully COIN will be listed on more exchange instead on only C-Cex.com.

I'm in for a bit because I have been wondering about the names and how they would cope irl too - however, the 11.5M premine and no asic-proof future plans raises some concerns. Incase Coin would hit one dollar, for instance, I'm positive the dev simply would dump and walk away. Please address these concerns, tyvm.

Although there is 11.5M premined, if you look at the amount of coins the dev has given out and the amount of coins that is out in the market. The coin will only fail if we allow it to or we let it. i believe that the Dev wants this coin to succeed otherwise he will have done wat most coin has done Pump and Dump. I believe Dev has Kimoto Gravity Well, which pretty much covers us from asic miners. pardon me if i am wrong about any of the info, my personal view Smiley may wanna take a look at the link as stated below, to find out more about KGW Smiley

http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/1wc0sr/why_arent_we_discussing_implementing_kimotos/cf0k2dz

in case you are mining coin now do collect some bounty and hope they are still available which i believe so Smiley

We def need another exchange soon since c-cex is down often
The only way to get in another exchange is to buy enought votes. It is kind of investing but I'd also call it giving a bribe. To start buying votes we need to know how many people are interested in COIN porject. Some people who support COIN are chating here, but I'm sure that there are those who prefer to keep silence Smiley We need to know how many people are ready to support COIN project at the moment. Please post +1 if you are mining/investing/ready to mine/ready to invest/ready to support/interested in COIN.

+1

i think we should have a poll and decide which exchange that we want and then we all go vote for it to get COIN listed in that exchange, save up alot of time and effort Smiley

can you please add a poll I mentioned earlier. You may have missed it, so I'll repeat the post. By now we have a fake locked poll with two options, so it is the time to replace it with something useful.

I don't believe we can add multiple choices here, and if I add that many options, I'll not be able to remove it. Sad
You can't actually remove poll at all.. hence empty pool at the top Sad

For starters, lets focus on 2 exchange first before going into other exchanges. I will suggest to CoinMarket.io that SHUXY and Vilgem have mentioned in their post and coined-up. wat do you all say ?? opening so many accounts in so many exchanges dilute our attention and too much time involved to track every exchange on the votes. I will recommend we all pool our attention to 1 or 2 exchanges before expanding to others.

People, please, stop selling so cheap!!!

Can't you wait for a while?? selling 50 COINs for 15/16 satoshi, really?

I've scooped away a few more, max @30 satoshi. Once again, it's your loss - and btw, how good can it be to win 0.0001 BTC anyway? transaction fees alone will take it away ... don't really understand you guys!

And what's up with selling only 50 COINs ? Did you mine for just a few seconds?
Do you really believe COIN won't value more than that? If so, why do you even mine it??

C'on, 'nough of this! Stop it already!

I will agree with silentBit i think we should focus on mining, aim to sustain the coin not dumping the coin. attract new miners and hold on to our coins. i am suggesting we canvas for purchase of goods and services for this coin? what do you all think or is this still too premature ? i will like to see how i can help on this Smiley . instead of just getting this coin listed and create a hype then dump our holdings and pump and dump, its really meaningless. I love the way this coin is created without much hype and with a low supply of coins and i strongly believe we just need to pool out brains and resources together to make this coin a success. All of us are stakeholders, and to grow our value of stake here is to continue to grow this coin . just my ten cents worth guys, hope we can start something here Smiley

Just for reference: Radeon R9 270(x) graphics card (~ 470 KH/s) owners can mine up to ONE BLOCK PER HOUR at the moment.
Just for reference: Radeon R9 290 graphics card (~ 860 KH/s) owners can mine up to TWO BLOCKS PER HOUR at the moment.
