Is GPUnion dead? There is almost no activities in chats and the difficulty is super low. Sad

No sure if there is any news out there, but it seems like the idea of CPU mining is fairly popular judging by the hashrate and the demand market. Pretty fun so far!

Yea, not sure how reliable things are with WebDollar anymore. I was waiting for the pool and exchange, but I feel like things just got heavily delayed. With the major of asset owned by a few wallets, not exactly the most "The coin for everyone" application. I have stopped mining since July. Hopefully there will be good news, but until then, I will just observe.

It definitely depends on how powerful your cpu is. But that is relative. Just to put it into perspective: I used a core 2 duo E8400 and it got about 300 hash/sec. And then I also used a i5-3470 and got about 1600. Looks like architecture is more important.

Hopefully there will be a library of all the cpu's and their hash-rate somewhere.

New CPU Mine-able Coins

Hello Guys,

I have seen a lot of coins that are GPU or Asic enable, but there ain't many CPU only mine-able coins. There are HODLcoin and ROIcoin, which use the same algorithm, but their interest deposit inventive is not very popular among the investing community. There are web-based coins like Webdollar, but the implementation proven to be more complex than they anticipated. I am interesting in more CPU only coins because it gives everyone the ability to mine. Is there a link that tracks all CPU coins come out on a daily basis?
