[edit2] okay so ive been mining every so often ill get a block that is
1) "generated but not accepted" why is that, I assume this is normal but what happened?
2) why did I mine a block worth 0.00465444 ltcr? I also mined one worth 31.01 once.

1) That is normal as you compete with others on the network
2) your coins are staking as the networking is now a hybrid POW/POS.
your balance will stake after they have matured in your wallet giving you more coins during POS.
I really like the concept and thank you mate it will make the coin alive and

We have mainnet running and ready for launch.
This means that the process of distribution of Rise can begin, on schedule at 6am EST.
Rise mainnet is currently behind ssl and split between 4 nodes with another 8 softlayer servers on their way to help widen the split. Once we are live the community can begin to take over the load of hosting nodes and running delegates.

I think the idea of releasing mainnet now gives people enough time to create accounts while they wait to receive their rise from ICO.

Your account is not on testnet!
Your account is on the ICO account which is very different from testnet.
After ICO, Testnet will go down to make way for Mainnet which is on launch date.
I know you can keep your balance on ICO account for sometime after mainnet is launched but I don't know for how long that time will last.
