I am still waiting to get my payment. I am asking what I have mined on your pool, its your fault to destroy your sever statistics or whatever and I don't have to do anything with that. I have miner log records and still I can see some credit in my account on your pool. Please be honest and make the payment.

No, i am only using this address. I am mining on this pool from last 3 or 4 days but it is not regular. Today in the noon i checked my balance and it was 1 etp but when i checked this evening there is no payout and balance was reset. if you want i can send you my claymore log file.

While trying to upgrade a component, I accidentally blew up redis. This caused approximately 17 minutes of mining loss. All historical stats are gone. I can restore to a backup from yesterday, but this will effect current mined-unpaid coins negatively. So I decided to ignore the historical stats.


Missing Payments:

Why does this happen?
Metaverse Wallet RPC returns a valid transaction ID but fails to add the transaction to mempool. There is no error returned or thrown during the process, so very hard to detect pro grammatically.
Good news?
This happened less than 10 times for the 15K payments pool made (at the time of writing) so it is very rare.
What to do, if I am missing a payment?
Write a message in this thread with the following information:

Transaction Id:
I will make sure to verify and get back as soon as possible.

Transaction rewards
Not many pools pay TX rewards at the moment. You can check this by clicking on the block your pool mined and checking its reward on explorer. Dodopool pays all TX rewards. Tx rewards are generally small but sometimes they are not! and miners deserve every little bit that helps.
