well I may be considered by some to be a rich (wet) pussy but I think my DIY skills are above average.

Anybody else care to comment on the electrical code conformity of the aforementioned wiring technique ?

I was using Whattomine with 25 Th for input and comparing to my Slush dashboard. Now the numbers match up. I think it just needed time to build the 24hr average.

I was wondering if most people find that predicted returns from a mining calculator reflect reality in the short term (@7 days ).

I am wondering if I have network issues because my s9/821 dont seem to produce  the predicted return.

Predicted: .046 btc/month
Actual:     .032 btc

Alas these are wrong. There is no such thing as 100% probability with mining which is a stochastic process. It keeps approaching 100% but never gets there.

Your Hash rate = 13 TH/s -> If you have neutral luck you will mine 1 block in 35,55 years
Pool Hash rate = 7000 TH/s -> Having neutral luck 1 block will be mined in 24 days (or 1.28 blocks in 1 month, even it is imposible to mine 0,28 blocks)

Definetively, 128% luck doesn't make any sense

Can someone tell me what the Headers are in OpenWRT running Avalon miners?

In particular in the Device status line at the end are two columns after input voltage PG and EC.

What are these?

One of Avalons stopped completely and it's not mining here anymore
Another one is mining at 3.14TH/s (last 5 minutes). I'd suggest go check your avalons because they are malfunctioning. It's nothing to do with the pool.


I didn't say anything was wrong with the pool...
When I check in open wrt, the avalon interface it shows a constant 6.8Th/s but the ckpool users page is less constant. Sometimes showing similar sometimes showing close to half.

You think there are intermittent times when only one miner is hashing? this seems to be a recent occurrence.

A minute ago all was normal....

Hello CK,

I have had my two A6s mining together here for about 3 weeks now.
They consistently hash about 6.8 Th total as indicated on OpenWRT.

Initially my weekly Hashrate was climbing towards 6 but about 3-4 days ago it suddenly dropped below 5 and now shows a daily average of 3.8Th .

Do you have any ideas what happened?

Does anyone have any advice re how I should set up my miners? Do I just need to use my btc address and a worker name or should there also be some extensions?

2- clapped out Avalon 6 without usb/auc adapters
