Nvidia cards are not well known for letting people modify their BIOS so you will have a very hard time finding one.Tech power up website has a lot of bios for a lot of cards,you can check there although I think there will not be anything for this card.

Sure, it's well known. Still, P104-100 is unlockable and multiple bioses are found at techpowerup.
P102 is similar: the amount of physical memory is double the available, which makes me believe such bios exists.

Even if someone does... it will not necessarily be compatible with your particular GPUs. The extra RAM may get unlocked, but you'll have various issues with cooling, clock speeds, power limitations, etc.
