As others have said, I am one of those who have a problem with AlexPCS and this service.
I have still not been refunded or issued a new card since I was blocked in April.
I am trying to resolve the issue with Telegram, but depending on the response, I will present screenshots as evidence to you all.
I am not trying to make the problem bigger, I am just a customer looking for a solution.

I've tried to reach out Alex for several days, but he never respond after my card was blocked.
I bought his service on Jan 2022.
I confirmed that his card was working first 2month but it was blocked.
I followed every instruction he made, but he never answered any solution.

Would you fix this issue??
It was so expensive, so I need your response.
