It's to early to tell,check your history,some body might have access to your Yobit account and withdrew your balance and beside,when you post this it's not yet 48 hours,the support usually response but they response ,some time took them 48 hours.

Please give more details about your issue. Do you tried to deposit/withdraw bitcoins and it's gone? Or you had coins on Yobit ballance and it's gone without doing any actions? And are you sure that nobody has access to your account?

I have balance 0.0296. Then on 07 january 2017 iam open web yobit.net. i will trade in yobit becouse i have balanve 0.0296. When i open the yobit. My balance lost. I sent massage to yobit support. But not respon until now. I hope my balane return to me.
i am very sorry for your lost, but can you provide any prove for more convincingness?
but, anyway i willnot be surprise if it will be true, because yobit has one of the worst support i have ever met and i am sure you will need several month to clear up anything
