Re: I believe I made the right choice

I ended up selling all my mining rigs to to advantage of this altcoin season, some could say it's a stupid move but I did this because it's the best option right now, the profits I'm making from my miners are not that much anymore, it's more like my setups can't keep up anymore, instead of investing on new miners i decide to buy top altcoins like Ethereum, LTC, XRP, BNB, Chainlink among the rest

If you have some old rigs or about to go obsolete setups I suggest you do the same before altcoins reach a new all time high

altcoin season won't last forever but I can make ROI faster than waiting for months or even years to recover my invested money on miners and electricity

There's nothing wrong with your choice in fact it was a good one. Unlike the others when they sold their mining equipment they leave crypto industry for good. In the mean time, enjoy the rising of the price and I think we will surely record a new all time high for the Altcoins especially those that you listed.

Re: It is fine to support Bitcoin Cash.

We don't all like paying high fees. Paying $10 to send a transaction is extremely high especially to people in poor countries..

This forum is filled with a lot of toxic bitcoin maximalists. Bitcoin was created to be a peer to peer currency but we have this narrative pushed by people like michael saylor that its not meant to be a currency.

Remember newbies that Bitcoin Cash has MANY advantages over Bitcoin.

XRP is way good though regarding the speed and the low fee transactions. BCH has a lot of problems and I think it cannot compared to bitcoin because it has no advantages to bitcoin because its price is not improving and the transaction speed is not that fast anyway.

I think it will be buried along with you until someone discovered how to get it from you without your permission and it is not impossible because 1000 years ago no people has stepped foot on the moon other than Armstrong and his crew. Now we think of it as impossible but after some years, the tables will turn and someone might invent something better than the so-called quantum computer.

It doesn't really matter who will be the richest man on the planet as long as those people are making money while they're sleeping, the rank doesn't really matter to them. most of the time when we talk about riches man we heard Bill Gates the most mention name and the other only known to those students and some professional persons.

Re: How do you use bitcoin?

There is no restriction of Bitcoin use in my country. So, I use it the way I want. I convert some amount of fiat money to Bitcoin and store it in my Bitcoin wallet. I sometimes make payments with Bitcoin in different places.

Me too, every time I used it to buy online or for P2P trading there hasn't restriction and our government doesn't really care about it. Unlike in the other countries they don't have free wills as we have.

Re: XRP Could Hit $1 This Year

XRP at $1 – XRP’s Bullish Trend to Begin
Ripple, a platform that aims to provide seamless, hassle-free, and low-cost cross border payments, has recorded its growth on many blockchain entities. The native token of Ripple, XRP is also expected to have a bull run with a price possibly touching $1.

XRP gains 7% against USD
Digital asset XRP has taken the crypto market by storm. With an impressive 7.40% increase in the last 24 hours, XRP is currently trading at $0.483125.

The Altcoin is holding the Market capital of $21,899,173,284 with $16,252,703,967 trading volume.

Up to this time we haven't seen Ripple to reach that price but the good news about today's market is the price of XRP is rising like the other top coins in the market. If that so, it has some higher chance to increase upto $1 per XRP.

Re: How true is this?

Is it true that if altcoin season starts many projects will be forced to launch just to take advantage of the green market? There are some projects that failed to launch since 2019 I heard and some said that in 2017 many projects start rushing to take advantage of the market, how true is this?

Scammers are also preparing some idea to scam people with the current situation of the market. investors should be careful on what kind of coins they are putting their money at. As of now, there are several cases of scam attempt recorded since last month.

Re: Bitcoin shoots past $19,000 as new ATH awaits
by
sanida
on 24/11/2020, 14:23:45 UTC
It would seem that there’s no stopping Bitcoin right now. A few days after the world’s largest cryptocurrency breached the much-anticipated $18,000-mark, BTC has crossed yet another milestone – $19,000. The latest development on Bitcoin’s price charts came on the back of a 6% surge in a matter of 3 hours with its current trading price at $19,060.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin was very close to its ATH of $19,665, a price level it last noted on 16 December 2017. Further, according to Messari, BTC was recording YTD returns of +158.70 percent, at press time.

Some in the community are expecting the cryptocurrency to be due for a correction soon, however, with TokenMetrics’ Ian Belina telling AMBCrypto,

It would reach up to $20,000 by the end of this year. however, if something goes wrong the price would dramatically subside like what we have seen last December 2017. you should not jump off and sell your house to invest in this green market because the price is still volatile and no one really knows when the price will fall again like last time.

Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency?
by
sanida
on 23/11/2020, 11:03:26 UTC
For the new project if there has many partnership with top exchange then I can consider easily for investing otherwise I won't late buy cheap price for a old top coin. At least if we have enough knowledge about crypto market then every action we can invest any time.

The only thing you could do this investment is to join their IEO where they sell some coins that have a lower price in its early stage. if it is listed on some top exchanges, the chance of the price going higher is possible. if those altcoins are listed on some top exchanges in the future. just be careful about not investing in some rubbish exchanges or you gonna regret your decision later.

Re: Is it a good time to get in or not
by

on 23/11/2020, 10:43:00 UTC
Can one still dare to invest in Bitcoin when price is skyrocketing this high? I remember that some invested in Bitcoin at 20,000$ and the whole market started crashing on them, before they could pull out their money it's already too late and till today they haven't recovered their money, is this a good time to get in or it's already too late?

Only those who have some courage to do so when he wants to invest at this point, he needs to consider lots of things before riding at the current market situation. the best thing about today is the price is holding in that high for a long time. it is not like the last time when the bull run 2017. now is the time to think about this stuff carefully whether you gonna invest in the market or not.

Until now the price still continues to go even higher than last 2017, those who had some courage to hold their BTC after the great fall of the Bull run last 2017. they made some great advantage now and potentially to get an even higher price than the last time. I think we will reach more than $20,000 after the end of this month.

Re: Is it worth buying Ripple for the XRP Spark token drop?

If there is some development news about XRP while the price of cryptocurrencies is surging, that is one of the signs to invest even more in the top coins. XRP is one of the top coins and the market is surging right now. the best thing we could do is invest before that date and wait for better results.

Re: Dose meme helps a crypto to be viral?

In recent time i noticed such thing that in every new project or old project announced meme contest. Where they give such big amount in community for making memes about their project . Now what do you think is this memes really can attract investors?

Some of the projects that want to expose their product to the next level of promotion, do this thing. in fact, some of those projects got even successful after they made such a campaign because of its current trend last year. Until now this kind of promotion still works and I read somewhere they also offered some competition for the best memes created for their project and the rewards are attractive too.

Re: Notorious Coinbase holding my bitcoins in name of 'Review' | Be careful
by

I think this kind of scenario is educational for us so that we won't do what you have done so far. I mean, that's kind of distressful, especially you didn't do anything stupid. You just simply put all your bitcoins into their exchange and you want to convert it into fiat but they hold your coins instead. The worse scenario with this is, they will let you do what you want with your bitcoins when the ATH has already done. That's kinda ridiculous.

Re: Altcoin very Big problem
by
sanida
on 22/11/2020, 12:16:27 UTC
I am often skeptical of the cryptocurrency market because cryptocurrency has neither a worldwide community nor a rule to make coins, so my faith is not more than just 10%. This is because 2 3 Coins of the same name can also be made.  Ho and no one sends you any legal notice or banner and if 10 projects come in 1 month, then 8 of them are fake, if this problem is not solved then trust in this market will not increase...

I understand what you saying, coins with the same technology or even name, this is the reason why some altcoins like Ark are researching and working on new tools and functions that would benefiting the tech sector or without it news tools, functions, and research it would just fork after fork after fork with the same useless shh!t functions that we're seeing most altcoins nowadays

The answer to this problem is none other than making something unique with their current project and they also need to continue their development until they made some development that can only be found on their platform. This is possible if they are enthusiastic about their project and they really wanted to promote it until it becomes one of the top altcoins in the market.

Re: Is Ripple a better fit for payment solutions?
by
sanida
on 22/11/2020, 11:59:16 UTC
Ripple (XRP) plays a dual roles as a payment platform and a currency at the same time, is this currency better fit for payment solution than ethereum and Bitcoin since it's created to allow quick and cheap transactions out of the box

At this time of writing this post ripple is trading at 0.34$ with daily volume of 4billion dollars, in the last 24hrs XRP is up 14%, what's your take on this?

I never had a problem using XRP for fast transactions and low transaction fees. Every time I sold some of my altcoins and converted it to ETH or BTC, I first convert it to XRP before sending it to my local exchanges to be converted for our local currency. That's the best thing you could do for XRP, I am thankful that they create such Altcoin for our alternative use when the ETH network is congested.

Re: People support what Good for them but btc??

on 17/11/2020, 12:39:21 UTC
Bitcoin and crypto changed my life i earned so much because the fiat currency in my country is low compared to usd so i participated in bounty campaigns and i earned altcoins and bitcoins and converted them into fiat.
i was a student and i needed money and  did not have much time to work so bitcoin helped me a lot.

Most of the people who invested earlier with bitcoin or any other altcoins in their pre-sales or public sale about 3-4 years ago, has now having a happy life with their decent earnings from last time, and not only that, most of them have gathered some experience on what kind of coins they will invest next time. I hope we can invest as well like them but today we have a thousand choices only a handful of them are true and legit projects.

Re: Ripple the next bitcoin?
by
sanida
on 17/11/2020, 11:46:24 UTC
XRP never next Bitcoin. But XRP is one of the best coins. Something good can be expected with XRP. Almost all the coins have gone well with investors but XRP has not pumped much. I think dec 2020 can do a good pump.

XRP cannot be even next ETH so forget about Bitcoin. Infact if XRP also crosses 1-2$ price that would be a huge thing for the holders of this coins as those have being in losses as being holding for many years now. Unless this coin has a huge demand or gets again very active in banking fraternity that could bring some demand might not have that price increase.

This is the case for the current price of XRP let alone the price of bitcoin and as you can see guys, bitcoin is going well continue to go up while XRP is almost staying at its current price. the only problem with XRP is it hasn't been recover since it goes down deep last year and until now, the price hasn't even gone up to $1 each.

That's too much my friend, by the span of only 1 year? that is good to be true maybe double the current price in the market will be possible but about that high, I don't think so. I'm sure most of the users in the community have the same view as mine. The problem with that it is only mere speculation nothing strong evidence which let you think that would really happen after 1 year and a month from now.

Re: I'm dumping my coins because..
by
sanida
on 16/11/2020, 12:43:26 UTC
I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens  because
The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.

So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?

That's really a good idea in my opinion because you open yourself to another way of getting a decent amount of income by investing in a different but has a higher rate of success. we cannot just blindly follow what the other said about a certain coin, we need to strive to investigate those projects and make some research about it. so that we won't regret our decision when it already finalizes when we found the right project to invest our money with.
