I had the same problem, which is solved by sending smaller amounts.
After gluing smaller amounts already possible to send the entire amount entirely.

I have same problem, but it "resolving" every time bay restoring wallet from early backup.
All rejected at this moment, and i am pretty sure all the blocks are PoS and no PoW... Anyone can confirm this?
