Like every other fuds it will be over soon .

I have information that  spring. 2 nd march uk will be fine.
Then all world slowly good .

The fud is to crash markets just normal stage of life

Are you an absolute idiot? Close to 2 million people have died from this disease. Just because you have not witnessed someone go down or have been living in an area which is relatively insulated from the disease does not mean it is a FUD. Many people are braving significant hardships (economic, medical and social) in their combat against the disease

So you really agree that India is a country created by many empires over centuries but now Ruling part says one country one religion one language and one aadhar card.So disguising.

Can you show me anything even remotely close to the government saying that we will have one religion, one language?? If not then you may shut up.

^ Who killed the people when they got beaf meat at their home?

It was a mob which worshiped cows and felt wronged by the way the other community treated the beliefs of the majority community. We have worked our ways of living to accommodate the religious beliefs of every minority that has walked these lands be it the Muslims, Parsis, Christians, Buddhists and others. It is the only country where you would find such a plethora of minority flourishing in complete harmony and it is only because of our beliefs taught in our religion. All we demand is for people of the minority to respect our beliefs and follow the laws of the land. And when justice is denied to these people for a very long time, they take up arms to quell the thirst for justice. I don't agree for vigilantism but when justice is denied to people for a very long time they are bound to take arms. Our freedom fighters where once mobs of vigils who took up arms to give themselves justice. History judges them to be heros because they emerged as victors. Remember that history is always written by those who emerge victorious.

You can travel from India in any direction upto 4000 kms and you would not find a single country where minorities have been treated with respect. People have been persecuted and killed just because of their religious beliefs. You should be thankful and appreciative of the fact that you have been born in a country where a Hindu majority is so accepting of the minority.

Quote
Don't confuse yourself with India and Hinduism,Hindu religion is one of the most ancient religion but India country born only after British starts to rule.

So you know there were some countries in India never occupied by English? They were joined into India after India got independence in 1947 when leaders requested the kings of that independent countries!

Looks like you didn't study history. Ever heard of the Mauryas, Guptas, Kushans, Marathas, Cholas, Harsha empire? The united territory spread from the modern day Kabul (Afganistan) to the Southern coastlines. The Cholas even ruled the Indonesia and other South east countries. Hinduism was main religion in Indonesia in history. The concept of a nation is not born, rather it is an idea that brings people of similar beliefs, challenges and goals together. It is not as if the concept of Bharat was born 1947. India was an advanced civilization that was at a stage of decay because of the infighting between the local people (kings and chieftians) because of the corruption of the idea of society. All that was needed was a strategic player to unite them and this is what had happened at a very later stage of Aurangzeb rule before the Britishers took over. The Marathas united the entire India under a single flag of Hindu consciousness and controlled the majority of India. Though they didnt call it India but we were still a single unit. So the concept of a untied heartland is not something that is new.

But Modi's government has got the intention to help Muslim? If yes then why he is opposing the Muslim everywhere but got kindness towards J&K muslims only?

Who told you this? Your fantasy does not become a fact!! Tell me in facts. What has the Modi government done so far that shows that they don't want to help the Muslims. When the govt launched the Ujwala scheme, the poor (irrespective of whether they are Hindus or Muslims) get the intended benefit. When people get Mudra loans to attain self employment the criteria for getting loans is not being a Hindu or Muslim.

You may believe something to be true but it does not make it correct.

For your information India is nit a single country,it is a combination of thousands of small Nations but after Independence India want to stay united like how English ruled them so they made promise to jammu and Kashmir for being attached to India. Now who broke the promise? If India can't able to spend money for them then just make them into separate country.

It seems you have little regards for history. Bharat is an idea and it was not born in 1947 but it is a very ancient idea that is 4000 years old. People who lived below the Indus where found to live in a particular way where they bonded with the nature and worshiped elements from nature. They had a sophisticated way to society, governance and their education system and technological powers where the best in the world. The geographical region extended from the present day Kabul to the ends of Himalayan ranges in the North East. The region was often called Hind and the inhabitants Hindistani. Their way of living slowly came to be known as Hinduism. So it is not that the idea of a united bharat was born in 1947. Long ago, we were a united region under various monarchs from the Guptas, Mauryas and many more.

Coming to the accession of J&K into India. When J&K agreed to accede to India they got a special status but it was always meant to be a temporary setting and not a permanent one. Also, you may cry as much as you want to but the course correction has been done. Crib as much as you want to but J&K is now constitutionally amalgamated into the mainstream. It does not matter what you think about the move. Live with it as we did for the past 70 years with the Article 370.

Was wodering what it has to do with cryptocurrency till I read the last line lol

BTW, saw Pakistani actors complaining about this decision.

Let them complain. India is currently sitting at a position where we can take our stand and the world will agree with us. History is always written by the winning side and it won't matter if a couple of nations cry their heart out on this matter. We have formally integrated Kashmir valley into Bharat and no power in the world can stop us from taking this decision. I don't want to get into the geopolitics behind this (would be quite long) but this is a master stroke at the right time.

This actually belongs to off-topic because crypto can't help in a matter like this no matter how you spin the yarn.

Yeah, it does not. But I have learned this new art from you.

But people saying reason behind on cancelling this act is not to support Jammu and Kashmir People,Modi government actually want to suppress Muslim religion in India so they don't like special act to them.

People can believe what they want to. But the fact remains that the Central government gave an average of Rs. 14,000 per kashmiri from the Central fund pool when compared to the national average of almost Rs. 3000 in other states. And all this funded by the tax payers money from other states. Despite the massive amount of money being poured in by India, J&K continued to have a different constitution, flag and blackmailed India with the separation song every now and then. We have corrected an error made in the history.

This is just to keep the Hindu people under their control,if they think cow as God then why country India is first on exporting beef meat. They see everything as business but involving religion to keep the people calm.

Now only South India opposing Modi government so we may see lot of anger on south Indian people in the coming months by imposing useless laws and taking away their jobs.

India is the biggest exporter in beef (buffalo meat) and not cow meat. Also, states have their own right to accommodate the regional differences in terms of palate and beliefs. UP, where people worship cow as an integral part of the ecosystem has their own laws when compared to Manipur where people don't worship cows. You have to understand the reason why cows are such an integral part in the Hindi heartland. About 100-150 years back, in the village ecosystem the cow was a part of the family and life in the village was centered around them. Milk derived from them was used to feed kids, their dung was used as fuel and their urine as disinfectant (medicinal). There is nothing wrong in wanting to out-rightly ban cow slaughter and people feel pained when they see cows being illegally smuggled and slaughtered to run these butcher shops.

As per your cribbing on South India. I believe you don't have much idea about the political scenario in India. BJP as a party had not base in the Southern states. Yet, they have breached the boundaries and started setting up their organization. Karnataka is ruled by BJP and a landslide was achieved in 2019 Lok Sabha. Kerala is a UDF vs LDF, TN is DMK vs AIDMK courtesy the Dravida movement. BJP has registered a significant vote share in Telangana (won 5 LS seats) and a growing presence in TN and Kerala. And what do you mean by taking their jobs? Are you crying about North Indians taking their jobs then it is simply a case of better skilled manpower.

The entire scenario can be beautifully summarized by these lines:

द्वन्द कहा तक पाला जाये,

युध्द कहा तक टाला जाये…

तू हैं वंशज महाराणा का,

फेंक जहाँ तक भाला जाये।

दोनों तरफ लिखा हो भारत,

सिक्का वही उछाला जाए...

मन्दिर में एक दीप जले तो,

मस्जिद तलक उजाला जाये||

P.S. Not my poem. Could not find the original author. Will link the poet, once I get the official author.

5th of August 2019 marks a historic date in the history of India.

The President of India has signed an executive order which outlines these 4 laws which have come into effect at once.

  • Abrogation of Article 370: This removes the special status granted to the state of J&K which allowed them to have a separate constitution and decision-making rights for all matters barring defence, communications and foreign affairs.
  • Bifurcation of Ladakh from J&K: The Leh and Ladakh region will be carved out out of the Jammu and Kashmir region and separate constitutional status will be granted to the region of Leh and Ladakh.
  • Ladakh being a Union territory: Ladakh will now be a Union territory that will not have an assembly. It will be governed by the Central government which will exercise the duties of the state by appointing a lieutenant governor.
  • J&K converted to a Union territory: J&K will also be converted into a state but they will continue to have their Legislative assembly and the council of ministers. The arrangement will be quite similar to what we have in Delhi and some of the other UTs. The council of ministers will be primarily responsible for the welfare of the state by taking into the confidence of the Lieutenant governor.

Could crypto have helped us achieve this much earlier? What if Bitcoin was there in 90's? Was it possible to achieve the removal of Article 370 by using crypto? (Justifying the thread on the main board by useless a baseless connection with cryptocurrency)

Really saddened to hear about the extortion case. I knew about the merit cycling that goes on the forum and how signature campaign are managed but going as far as extorting people using their real life documents is totally unacceptable. This just goes on to show that people will go to any lengths to just have a few extra dollars and all that bullshit masquerading that they do on the forum (about shit posters, merit abuse, plagiarizing) is just to ensure that look good in the public.

Anyone? Roll Eyes

Investors says credit card will keep you poor and also will affect cibil scores?

Definitely not true. Credit cards come with a lot of advantages as well as drawbacks. It totally depends on the way you use it. If you are a shop-alcoholic or someone who cannot control his urge to buy that latest phone or watch in the market then you should maintain your distance from credit card. But if you manage your finances well then credit cards can be an easy way to secure short term loans at zero interest rates. Credit cards also have other benefits such as reward points and they are fraud free. I know of cases where people use their credit cards actively and then use the points to get international airline tickets for free. Also, the liability in case of fraud is zero if you report any instance of fraud within 3 days of incident. So, credit cards can also be good. Obviously, if you don't pay back the dues on time and default on payments then it will affect your CIBIL score.

I am opening a service where the buyer can ping me for the gift card he wants to buy, denomination and the country of use. I would reply him back about the availability of the gift card. Charges would be the amount of the gift card and 10% commission. I would take BTC, ETH and other listed top currencies at my discretion.

Format for requesting a Gift card:

Name of the company:
Denomination:

Break the Monopoly? And how exactly do you propose this to happen? I think a lot of Americans have been fooled to think that the seat of power in US sits at Washington D.C. Wrong, it lies with companies that bankroll the parties and their candidates in elections. If you think the SEC can muscle out with Facebook and emerge victorious, you are mistaken my friend. All that congressional drama is fine but the moment they move to do something that endangers the very existence of these giants, they would pack their bags and move their business to some other country. The only reason the companies agree to the entire preaching from senate is because they know that the customers believe in the structure of democracy and any such falling out (on privacy concerns) would lead to a significant loss of users.

Re: Could a No-Deal Brexit Fuel another Bitcoin Rally?
by

on 30/06/2019, 05:48:29 UTC
I don't think that we have reached a point that BTC is being used for real life Trading and making general life transactions. It is currently limited to being used by die hard Bitcoiners who have started taking it at stores and as a form of payment. But we are gradually working to achieve the goal of Bitcoin being a universal currency being accepted as a form of payment. Saying that, th news of no-deal Brexit will surely act as a catalyst to propel the price. These type of news do give a boost to the existence of digital currencies.

A few days back, I posted an online ad on OLX to sell some furniture. I get a call yesterday saying that he is interested and would like to buy the piece. He builds a beautiful story about working for BSF in Rajasthan and his family running a reselling business in Rohini, Delhi. He wants to finalize the deal and says that he would pay the 60% of the amount now and rest when his truck comes to pickup the furniture. I agree to it and he then asks for my UPI ID to make the payment. I share my UPI credentials where he then sends a request for money. Because I have used UPI in the past, I know that to receive any amount you don't  need to enter your UPI PIN. I call him to confront about this and he plays it nice by saying that he has a merchant ID and it is required on merchant IDs. It does not take me long to realize that it is a scam to get people to transfer their funds in name of depositing money in their account.

Please be safe and remember that you don't need to enter UPI PIN for any incoming payment. Also, read the details for request/deposit carefully before making any payment. When I researched about it, I saw that many have been robbed of their money in a similar fashion.

Stay Safe and do report to police if anyone approaches you with a similar proposition.

Edit: Read this to get a better insight

I want to hear what causes are close to your heart.

This is quite close to my heart. I try donating to Akshay Patra whenever I have something to spare.

The Akshay Patra. If you watch this video, you cannot stop yourself from giving something to them. A mere $20 can help in feeding a poor hungry child for a year.

I think you can be of great help to them. A very minuscule portion of your wealth can impact a vast audience through this initiative. If you need more help in knowing about the initiative or connecting with the authorities of this foundation, feel free to DM me and I will arrange for all meetings.

Advice needed
by
saraschoudhary
on 15/06/2019, 12:30:51 UTC
I started my Bitcoin and blockchain journey almost a year back and learnt and lot of new concepts and the philosophy guiding the industry. In the past year, I have mainly learned about different terminology and what they mean. I have invested and traded into cryptocurrency and I think I know enough to have a layman view about the technology.

I have been wanting to take a plunge into the development aspect of blockchain and learn how to understand the setting up of nodes, understanding all the technical jargon that is thrown on this board (about random numbers, multisig and all other things that regularly come up on this board). How do I go about it? Is there some kind of course designed on this? Or is doing the best way of learning?

I would love to hear out the community on this. Specially from this board.
