APW5 is the way to go for R4's. I've two R4's running in my office for two years now, the APW5's are super quiet.

I guess my real question is: What is the process by which we complete this transaction? Do I pay first, and then you ship to my FFL?

Wow, looks like Blokforge is trying to pull one over on us. Pricing hasn't changed for current batches, but tariffs are no longer included! When I purchased my 1041 a couple of months ago, tariffs were not a separate item tacked on after you go to checkout.

Just something to be aware of for those placing new orders.

Good point, the units being shipped this batch have the loose PSU from gospower. Blokforge sent around an email just prior to shipping to make sure buyers were ok with receiving this different psu setup from the mounted/integrated psu that was indicated at preorder.

For me, my order was the July 15-20 batch and, based on communications with Blokforge about my order, IS this batch.

SSD arrived quickly and as described! I've got it setup in my NAS and its running beautifully.

Given my Blokforge order for an A1041 was supposed to ship July 15-20, if it doesn't ship today (because of the weekend) I'll consider it officially late.

Heads and I have engaged minerjones as escrow for this transaction. SSD has been shipped, I will update after it arrives.

The 1041 listing that I purchased was more specific about shipping being between July 15-20. I always feel more comfortable when they specify a date range beyond "early." I will be sure to update this thread whether I receive shipping or not by the 21st.

The miner and the integrated PSU have a communication line between them to fine tune supplied voltage that it would not be able to do with the APW3.

I feel like this could be cleared up (if true) very easily if OP would simply say that the pricing of their sale offering is out of date. This pump has driven prices for the limited amount of gear through the roof, wouldn't surprise me. OTOH, could be scam posts trying to lure people into transactions that would strip them of their hard-earned coins.

I just realized I never updated after they arrived!

The two PDU's I ordered arrived quickly and were exactly as described (damn near mint actually) and were actually taller than I'd pictured them to be. Got them set up easily and they have been used without a problem ever since. The metered information is fantastic, from line voltage to amps, watts and pf for each individual outlet.

I can recommend both the seller and the product.
