Poboboval differently, nothing happened .... MISS the low speed on 480/580 cards please !!!!!

Hello friends, tell me what you need to do, so that the video card RX480 Red Dragon 8Gb will start issuing 600H / s? I have 480 8Gb and 580 8Gb give out 300H / s and 470-4Gb give out 600H / s. This is the problem in what? Mining goes to nanopole currency - Electroneum - Claymore CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v10.2 Beta
