Sorry for being unresponsive lately as our team is small and we've been really busy developing new features for our websites and a new website which we will introduce in the following months.

First, we'd like to say thanks to all the people staying loyal and playing their favorite games in our faucets. We love you guys!

Currently we are working extremely hard to lock out all the users who have been cheating in Satoshi Hero and Satoshi Monster for years now. During this month we've blocked almost 10,000 users (about 2% of all users) who were engaged in either or all of the following:
- running multiple accounts (some people had hundreds of them!)
- captcha manipulation or outsourcing
- offerwall fraud

Starting this month we will run fraud checks on a daily basis and will continue to improve our fraud prevention system to make sure that we're able to detect and efficiently ban most of the cheaters out there. We have zero tolerance for fraud so anyone who is cheating will get banned quickly.

Also you may have noticed that offerwall earnings are getting held into manual processing. This is happening due to massive number of fraud in offerwalls. We decided to hold all the offerwall earnings to make sure they are approved by the offerwall networks prior to getting them sent out. So if you've completed an offer and put it for a withdrawal, you'll notice your withdrawal received a "manual" status. This means we're waiting for the offerwall network to approve your conversion (this usually takes 30-45 days). Once it's done, your funds are getting unlocked and sent out to your wallet. During this time period your account stays active and you can continue claiming the faucet, solving offers or playing games.

This will be officially added to our rules later on this week.
