I've installed the CLI wallet and it(along with electroneumd) is reporting synced to the blockchain -- but I've been mining to the wallet for about day and should have 2k+ etn, but the balance shows zero.

I keep seeing messages like this in electroneumd.log:

Any idea what's wrong? Did I somehow get synced to the wrong blockchain?

final 0.6 returned. All good now.

Confirmed I got a near instant response from twitter -- only 2.78xmr returned so far, working on the final 0.6

Seems to be a recurring theme across several of the suprnova.cc pools.

BTG has also seen a big price jump in the last few weeks. Maybe someone is getting greedy...

If he's not scamming then I'd sure like an explanation about why he is ignoring a problem that causes the proceeds from miners at his pool to not get paid out from the pool.

While mining at suprnova it actually seems like I was doing pretty well -- but doesn't do any good when the pool takes 15% of the payouts.

That's worse than what I was seeing. XMR price increases...failed payouts increase. Hmm...

Still nothing but crickets from ocminer.

Scam or not, we paid via the pool fee for his services, which conveniently forgot to pay about 15% of the total amount I've mined there.

If the 15% that I'm missing is representative of what others have lost, the pool is conveniently disappearing about $9,500/month in XMR.

That XMR isn't just disappearing into thin air. If I were losing $9500/month I sure as hell would not be doing ANYTHING except stopping the loss.

Just a little bit too convenient of a bug. Maybe it arose as a legitimate bug, but, not responding to reports for months, and ignoring any customer's inquiry is absolutely intentional. If he were being "above board" he would inform people there is currently a payout bug that he will resolve when he gets time.

Imagine if an ATM at a bank consistently "malfunctioned" and only dispensed 85% of the money it deducted from your account? Once is an oops, twice is suspicious. Going on for months on end after being reported multiple times? Damn right that's intentional.

I have tried every form of communication that I know of with ocminer and have been ignored.

That's the exact problem I'm having.

I've been around since 2013 but my old account was locked after the 2015 hack and I don't care enough to try to get it back.

So my 3 XMR plus your 2, and another 0.6 that I've learned of from a different member now totals $900+ that has conveniently disappeared.

Anyone else mining on xmr.suprnova.cc for any period of time, check your payouts, bet you will find some missing XMR also.

I know ocminer has a reputation to the contrary here, but I have clear proof that his pool failed to payout 3XMR to me.

Other miners have had similar problems with this pool (just search suprnova.cc scam) Like the other miners, he has ignored my requests to resolve.

As this problem has been ongoing at his pool for months and he is ignoring requests to resolve, I can only conclude he is intentionally allowing this to happen. I'm but a tiny fraction of the hashrate of his pool, but he's sitting on about $500 of my money now. I can only imagine what the other miners have lost.

I'll gladly provide screenshots and to the right people, access to my xmr.suprnova.cc account and XMR wallets to prove this.

Please help get my XMR to me or figure out where it went -- $450 isn't alot for some people but my electric bill is due and the money isn't here to pay it. You have a good reputation and I've mined on your pools for years -- so I'm sure it's just a mixup somewhere -- I'd just like to get it fixed.
