In bitcoin the value of it was decreasing recently but I overheard from my friends that next month or by the end of first quarter it will regain its value or it may surpass the last December highest value it reach. So for now I'll choose ethereum soon I might  go back to bitcoin when it regain their value.

You should be buying etherum little by little as the price goes down more. That way, you are doing dollar cost averaging so as to maximize your potential earnings from it. The market will eventually recover and starts to rise to the top. And at that time your investment will keep growing and start to earn some money.

I think putting all your money into it is not that bad, for sure you will earn a lot when the market goes back to green. However, you may consider other altcoins because there are also good ones that can compete with ethereum. I think the more coins that you have, the more chance of earning huge profits. Just invest on coins that will be good in the future.
