Have you set up paraphrase for your wallet?
have you tried reinstalling your wallet with backup file?
Try them first, then ask again if you can not fix.

the market is down, no ICO will go up above ICO price anytime soon, so expect for it to go down for a while, hitbtc is a shitty exchange, even though it has some volume in it, in any case, be patient, is the only thing we can do right now.
This is hard period of time for most of ICOs projects. The market and governments will screen and eliminate scam ICO projects in order to make the whole market more transparent, more reliable. It could only be centralized if the majority of masternodes were owned by one person/group... and that is not going to happen. Masternode owners are spread all over the world and will likely remain at least as decentralized as they are now, if not more so in the future.
