Ok I got it to work.... here is how:
1- export your wallet
2- delete completely the dbix wallet folder
3- delete firewall permission in windows control panel (remove dbixwall and gdbix)
4- extract the wallet pack into a different folder
5- run dbixwall, give internet access
6- update the dbix wallet folder place under settings/basic&advanced
7- close it and reopen up dbix wallet
now the important part:
8- while dbix wallet is open, go to run, type CMD, then once CMD appears, right click and choose "run as administrator"
9- type "CD your/dbixwallet folder place"
i.e. cd C:\Users\sori2\Desktop\New folder\DbixWall-WinGUIv1.0.1_49-2
10- copy paste, line by line and then you will see "true" after every line entered.

11- once above is entered, DO NOT CLOSE CMD window yet. now close your DBIX wallet window, and reopen
12- you will see right away, it is fetching the blocks.... and connected with peers
13- once completed.... add new account, then import your wallet backup file and you are set...

12- you will see right away, it is fetching the blocks.... and connected with peers
13- once completed.... add new account, then import your wallet backup file and you are set...

Tks for your reply, however the problem still remains, i followed your instruction and got values return true, closed and restarted wallet, been siting there more than 30min now, nothing happened.
When i check the log, there are a bunch of "Response parse error: illegal value", could it be the problem?
