I don't see why not, my house got about 1000+ views just because it was on bitcoins. Then it got featured in the top 10 most expensive things you can buy with bitcoin list. It's advertising, and there is no such thing as bad advertising. What part of the world do you live in and what kind of condition is it in?
USA, good quality, has everything needed to actually move in.
Only thing would be convincing my aunts and uncles to use it.

The Minecraft eBook is something a lot of parents would buy for their kids.
Has like 19 pages, indepth, and easy to use.
I'm selling the rights to 2 of my eBooks, that I've worked really hard on.
First ebook is along the lines of "Setting up a minecraft server in 10 minutes"
Second is along the lines of "Making money at flea markets"
Both eBooks have methods that cannot be found on Google, especially the flea market one.
I assume both can be resold, but I honestly don't want to bother with the sales, so I would just sell rights to both of them as a bundle.

He claims he verified the codes, which I don't think is possible, but even if it is, there's nothing stopping the person who originally had it from redeeming it.
