I'm missing 3 transactions in Cryptonator. I'll send them from Cryptonator to another Exchange. But they are still pending and not added to the blockchain. Also haven't received any TXID. So they are untraceable right now. What can I do? Support is not respondent at all. And I'm talking about 3,5 ETH.

I'm not happy with this..

Today I have made 3 Ethereum transactions from my cryptonator wallet to another Ethereum wallet. I haven't received them yet, but they also don 't have a TXID. On the website they have the status 'pending'. And I saw that the wallet was offline for a few hours. Now back online, but my transactions are still not send to the blockchain.

Also my ripple transactions are not send. And also this wallet is offline right now. What's going on...?Of course they don 't response nu email..

I have big problems with the Ethereum wallet on Cryptonator. I'll send 3,5 Ethereum to another Exchange. The transaction is still pending, and I did not received any TXID. The Ethereum wallet was offline for approx. 1 hour. But after it's back online my transaction is still pending, it seems not to be send to the blockchain. Are there more people with this problem? Is it fraud? Also a small transaction of ripple seems to be lost. I already contacted support. But till so far no response at all..
