If you will not reach your hard cap, your IEO stages will not end? From your website it says end time - until hard cap reached??? Remember, very few projects can attain their hardcap targets. I don't know if you have what it takes for a platform to reach your hard cap. Just saying...
That's right. Hard cap called so because it's not mandatory to be collect and amount of soft cap is usually enough for development.
