Where is this coin going? I can't find anything in Greg or any communication from him to his investors. No discord, twitter, telegram, etc. No roadmap just a half punctuated whitepaper that was last edited in June of 2017. For those reasons alone I don't feel like this coin is active. It seems like more of the community trying to hold onto some profits by saying "Let Greg work" when in reality it feels like Greg went into hibernation. Someone please show me something to convince the people curious about this coin or this will continue to be a dead coin.

You need to send an email to payment@riseconnect.io with your username, transaction Hash and amount deposited.

And for the "server busy" and "guy7" error, you have to refresh the page constantly when the ICO starts. I had to refresh 6-12 times just to login, same for adding the amount of RIC but after a couple minutes I was able to confirm my RIC in my account. Mind you that I started at 7:00am sharp and took till around 7:05 to get everything finalized and in my RIC balance. After I got what I needed I tried to get more and by the time I got back in to buy more, it was already sold out of Phase 1. I used my iPhone to buy but I'm sure it's easier on PC. Hope this help anyone who had troubles. Now that I have RIC I feel entirely different about this ICO than I did since the Pre-ICO launch. There are a lot of people trying to buy at one time and unless you are Apple or Microsoft, you can't be prepared for thousands of people flooding into your site to make a purchase. I think Riseconnect did a great job and in this next week, we will see some great moves. Cheers

I am having the same issue. I payed 0.02266 BTC to my BTC Wallet on your website in hopes that I could use it on the ICO launch. I sent in one payment that was 0.0005 less then the desired amount because if fees that were charged. So I send in the remaining .0005 BTC to the same address. I've been waiting a few hours now and still pending. I contacted your email with no results. The website I send my Bitcoin from said "Completed" for both transactions. Please help! Would like to get into for launch of the ICO

Both transaction had fees. The Fees through off the first amount so it came up short. Then had to add $5+ that was removed for the first payment in taxes.
