Until Bitcoins bypass the 10,000 USD price mark there would'nt be any sign that it is going to run in a bull form. I trust that by the time it crosses 10,000 it will be a better for traders to be assure that it is ready to reach back the all time high again.

Majority of the bitcoins forks are just scam and I won't ever advice any trader to waste resources on. I followed SuperBitcoin fork and it later ended up as a dead project. Subsecuent forks all end up in similar situation.
