Hmm, when someone offers you to make money literally out of thin air and doesn't explain how, it seems to be strange at least.

Re: Bitcoin VS Gold - What is better for long term investors?

Both Bitcoin and gold have their fair share of advantages and disadvantages when you contextualize them in terms of investments that work in the long-run. It's hard to say which one is better.

The truth is no one can guess if Bitcoin will rich ATH one day or not. All predictions are probably bad shots, but it doesn't make a sense.

There is no room for stability in our world. It seems to be impossible to predict the situation for the next month. How could we know what to expect in 2021?

The fact that big investors are bullish on Bitcoin is a sign of upcoming financial crisis. Hurry up, or you will be to late to the party.

I have installed OWNR wallet app on my iPhone. This wallet offers variable fees, you can set extremely low transaction fee if need it. For example, I payed $0.31 for sending $70 in Bitcoin equivalent. It took approximately 40 minutes to get two confirmations.

I think it will take approximately 5-10 years. They will need 1-3 years for developing the project and the same time for implementing it.

4.The future of money is crypto and not fiat.
Do you believe that any government let it happen? Fiat money is their tool for controlling the economy. Fiat money is here to stay, in digitized form or in cash, it doesn't make a sense.

Re: Privacy Coins and The Shadow Economy
by

Cash is truly untraceable, but this technology is out-of-dated, transferring big sums in fiat money is expensive and complicated procedure.  Monero and Zcash could find use in online illicit services. Bitcoin is used in dark economy too, although it isn't private. I think privacy coins will be more accepted, when national digital currencies replace cash.

Re: Any way how to legally transfer your crypto wealth to the tax-free countries?
by
seitrox
on 04/07/2020, 08:22:27 UTC
when you exchange for example BTC to ETH, you need to pay a 20% tax.
It sounds so strange. I thought that only exchanging crypto to fiat is a taxable event. How could it be proved that a person made crypto to crypto transaction? How is it possible to ascertain that somebody owns a certain amount of coins, while one can easily generate new address for each transaction?

Re: What is the cause of economy rise and fall.
by
seitrox
on 20/06/2020, 08:51:46 UTC
There are many factors of each economy rise and recession. It's hard to name certain ones. I think that regulation policy matters the most.
A major cause is obviously evident in the real economic shock of the widespread disruption of global and domestic supply chains and direct damage to businesses across all industries, due to the Covid-19 epidemic and the public health response.

The first covid wave was so disastrous because we weren't prepared for that. The second one was predicted, so Bitcoin's price wouldn't be so low.

One thing concerns me most is implementing mass surveillance technology, how can we be sure that it isn't here to stay when the pandemic ends. I think it affects Bitcoin too, we should be ready for strict regulation laws.

Wow, thank you for the post. It explains that people who sell Bitcoin now in most cases aren't panic sellers. They are just too exhausted. Anyway, never say die. I hope you will get your crypto back one day.

The total supply of Coronacoin is based on the world population. Does it mean that its supply limited? Or is a new coin minted with every newborn?
When the virus continues spreading investors will benefit. At this point I'm wondering if it is possible to cash out ones profit? And can Coronacoin be exchanged to more popular altcoins?

Re: In the end all metals get melted.
by

on 09/03/2020, 01:59:48 UTC
Not when the supply is limited and we have women around  Grin

No one would ever hate a vintage gold necklace and people will continue to buy it even after we would have discovered 100 more of them.

This is marketing.

Marketing is able to go around selling a dollar thing for thousands of dollars . ( What happens with diamonds )

Metals will stay for sure . Trust me.

They didn’t melt them to make into jewellery, but they turn it to the bullion to make into metal bars, and what are they going to do with the metal bars is out of my mind, I can’t never tell why they want to melt it at the first place.

Precious metal are melted into bars because storing metals in this form is very convenient. Now metals are mostly used as a commodities.

What was a theoretical basis for your analysis? $300,000 per one Bitcoin is unbelievable. Even $25,000 and $100,000 predictions are considered to be the boldest ones.
