The regulation is coming regardless, thats how this world works. There is already too much money in it for that not to happen. The best bet like all new "industries" is to self police and make sure the bad apples get removed. Sharing information helps but putting criminals in jail for breaking the law is the best format for keeping regulation to a minimum. All these ICO scams have already brought a ton of unwanted attention. Scams like Gymshark tried to pull are only going to give more ammo to the bankers who want to squash this whole system. You make money now because "big Brother" allows it. When they decide you are done it will dry up as fast as it started. Open your eyes create a better world. That is the underlying purpose of this space. You still think that money is the purpose it is not. Freedom from thugs (whether they are suits or scammers) is what this is all about. Not your imaginary stack of value.

Shit like this is what will slow down the adoption of crypto and keep the big money out. He needs to be reported. People need to be accountable for their actions even in cyberspace. A fraud is a fraud. its illegal and damaging to everyone who is involved.
