You nailed it! Sad to say but that is one of the major mistakes done by the beginners in the crypto world believing too much in FUDs. Every time there are slow pace recovery of price or even occasional huge dips they suddenly panic and already jump into conclusion that btc is dead and the alike 
. I feel pity for them.Each one of us should learn to interpret the market by our own and only set the news that we heard as a guide. You should be the one who make decisions for the prosperity of your money, if you let those crypto analyst or so called "experts" manipulate you then the blame is on you once you lose because you are careless to let others decide instead of yourself who owns the money in the first place.
We are willing to make money with people around us, but we can't avoid the risk.

I agree with you, why are many people who blame the bounty hunter if coin prices go down, then why are people so angry and as if we are not allowed to sell our coins, because if the coin is very good then I am sure the price will definitely increase and investors no need to worry if the bounty hunter sells their coins and the price goes down, instead investors should be happy because they can buy more at a cheap price.
Oh, I have to agree that bounty hunters should not be blamed for everything, it was the guys who created bounties, and then allowed bounty hunters to get away with poor quality that are to be blamed,,, I remember people used to get >5000 dollars just for doing translation of ANN posts that looked like Google translate, and then pay even much more to bounty hunters who did 5 to 10 posts on Steemit,,, when most of the content was rewritten.
People saw how much easy it was to "Earn" this big money and bounty hunters grew and grew. And then you see 100 bounty hunters promoting 10 programs at the same time.

Previously, it was worth it, before it was possible to receive up to $ 3k per month on this, if there were ranks and desires. Now everything is maximally discounted and even people with ranks get almost nothing. A lot of tokens just do not go to the stock exchange, and those that go out, as a rule, collapse in price several times and cost a penny. My opinion - the time of drops, Bounty and Ico as a whole is long over.

This is a sad fact, many bounty are terminated early, and many ICOs have declared failure.
If you want to choose a bounty, please choose those that are paid weekly and listed on the exchange, at least you will not be deceived by the fake price displayed by ICO, many bounties claims to have more than $100,000 in the bounty pool, and finally all tokens sum not even worth $1,000.
Unfortunately, there are still many bounty hunters who are willing to believe in false promises and work for more than three months for less than $100 token.
This is a very cruel way of working. If this is not a bounty campaign, but other jobs, then in most countries this may not even reach the minimum wage.
