When developing an in-house employee token for use with employee awards, time of service awards, to promote special corporate events, etc...  which token is easy to setup and maintain?  I'd like to allow individuals to monitor their own balance and also view the corporate balance (to be used for end of year party perhaps.)

Did you unlock the wallet?   That will allow the transfer to complete.

Unlike other alt-coins, XP staking apparently isn't guaranteed to generate anything.  It depends a lot on the balance of your wallet.... Curious, are you in the hundreds, thousands, or millions of XP in your wallet?  I'm assuming the people with millions will stake a lot more than us normal folks.

There's no predicting exactly how many stakes you will get. However, if you stake with more coins, you get more blocks and you more likely to find a reward. Staking is like a kind of lottery. Some days you'll get more than usual, some days less. It's just an estimate.
