First you need to enable coin control. It is hidden in the settings of your wallet. click on Settings->Options->Display and then tick the box next to "Display Coin Control Features".
With coin control enabled, you will find a new button called "Inputs" in the send screen. Click on it and you are presented with all addresses that hold coins.
To withdraw your dividends only, ensure to only tick the checkboxes that correspond to dividends. Do not tick your collateral amount (the amount you used to create your Masternode). That way you ensure that your masternode stays up after the withdrawal.
When you are finished ticking checkboxes, go back to your "send" screen. You will find that the Amount you can withdraw has been filled according to the amount of boxes you ticked.
As you know each transaction requires a fee to be paid. In order to withdraw the right amount, right click on the amount in "After Fee". A menu pops up to "copy after fee" which is what you want to do.
As a last step, paste the amount into the amount field. It will populate with the correct amount. Enter the address you want to withdraw to and click send.

I can't control the masternode from my desktop PC, it is fully working as a standalone application in my Linux VPS.

OK, maybe you can increase the rewards for the miners , or whatever... They will be able to mine the same time while getting more coins.
Also, maybe you can have another public road map less "technical" and more simple...
If you show to some normal people not involved in crypto your road map, they will ask you : "what is this coin for? what is its real use?"
"what will the roadmap bring to this coin?"
"what will be its value overtime?"etc.
For example, we can explain that masternode will bring less volatility to the coin, etc..
Or maybe this road map was only wrote for specialists?

Personally, I think it's better if we can earn the same rewards with the fact that the wallet stays connected to the network for a minimum amount of time , let's say 320 or 360 Hours, during the 35 days staking period.
Because not all people will let the computer running 24H/24/ 7 /365.

As I am a newbie, is there a step-by-step guide to help me in this matter?

But it can't help me how to install the files on the VPS , which command i should type to edit files, launch the masternode etc...
Is there a guide more precise and helpful?
