I strongly advise against investing in this project. While I cannot point to specific evidence that they are a scam, the fact that they hired a bumping service to bump their thread for them is consistent with scammer-like behavior. There are already a hundred exchanges for you to choose from. The market is already oversaturated with exchanges. There is nothing that suggests this project isn't simply another cashgrab and will result in an unfinished project or a zero-volume exchange.
After such harsh statements, I would like to hear the evidence, otherwise you can be considered a fraudster. And you blame ordinary guys who are interested to communicate here in the fact that they were hired and they specifically write posts.

Yes, the team promises to distribute 5% of their profits to the holders of the tokens. This is correct, holders of the tokens will be many, all want to get passive income.

If you are truly confident that you can deliver an ultimate exchange. I don't see any reason why big venture capitalist will not invest and fund your startup project.
I think the ICO acts as initial advertising, to attract potential users, investors, bounty hunters and all who were not indifferent to the project.

After reading the white paper was surprised by its quality and approach to work. I hope it will be a great exchange and the whole team will fulfill all their ideas, now there are a lot of new exchanges, but there are very few high-quality ones, especially for beginning traders and investors with small capital.
